This was my second stay at this hotel. Each time I was unable to get a bill. They did not e-mail to me even though I was told I was going to get one e-mailed to me by the front desk staff. I called and asked they said because I prepaid through Chase, I do not get a bill from them. Well, they managed to put a hold on my credit card and charge me for items, but cannot produce a bill? My first stay I got a reciept, but again I had to ask for it twice and it took days to get it e-mailed to me. Also, they booked on the first floor even though the property was not full; nice view of a car parked ten feet from me.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The only issue was that one of the two elevators was not working. Other than that, we really liked the hotel and plan to stay there on future visits.

This was a very pleasant stay for us. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff could be a bit friendlier. The hotel is located directly across from a live music venue which was the reason for our stay. We've visited Cedar Park previously for concerts but had never stayed at Hyatt. The hotel's proximity to the venue was a plus for us. If you are there to attend an event, I would recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the hotel to ensure a quiet stay. We look forward to a future stay at this hotel.

It was perfect for the concert we went there for.

We stayed here for nearly a week and left disappointed, not because problems occurred, but because many of them were never fully addressed despite multiple requests.

Upon arrival, our refrigerator had leaked onto the floor. While the refrigerator was eventually addressed, the floor around the area was never cleaned despite our requests.

The refillable shower toiletry containers had visible gunk and debris underneath the lids, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The room’s trash can was filthy, and despite requests at both the front desk and via email to remove it from our room, housekeeping repeatedly returned it to the room after we placed it outside.

We tipped housekeeping and asked for very little: replenish towels and paper products, clean the floors, and leave everything else alone. The tip was taken, but the floors were never cleaned during our stay.

Breakfast was disappointing. Even my 10-year-old refused to eat it most mornings. While breakfast quality can be subjective, it fell well below what we’ve come to expect from comparable hotels.

There were a few positives. The beds were genuinely comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch was not comfortable at all. Additionally, many of the room accessories, including the trash cans, looked unusually inexpensive and out of place for the property.

The most frustrating part was the lack of follow-through. We communicated concerns respectfully, tipped staff, and kept our requests simple. Unfortunately, the response rarely matched the effort we made to work with the hotel. With better attention to cleanliness and guest concerns, this property could provide a much better experience.

Great experience at the Hyatt. Clean, fresh rooms. Great location and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast and coffee was very good. Staff very friendly.

We had a great weekend, and our stay was perfect. We requested a room on the first floor, and even though the hotel was booked, the staff still accommodated us. We had the perfect room, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, a wonderful breakfast, and so much more. I can't say enough about this hotel.
