Perfect location!
Pros:

Everything. Right across the street from the venue where our concert was. It’s always nice and quiet.

Pros:

Staff very responsive.

Cons:

They never got the tv to work. They did try. They offered to change rooms but we were already settled in. Details stayed microwave in the room. There wasn’t but they brought one upon request.

Cons:

I inspect hotels for a living. This is the first time I woke up to roaches in my room. I showed staff the pics and video. All I got was , sorry about that. They sell and serve food as well. That's extremely unsanitary.

Pleasant Surprise
Pros:

This hotel was exceptional in all evaluated areas. I've stayed in several Hyatt locations, and this is by far the best. Simple touches make the difference. For example, ceramic coffee mugs in the room. It was nice not to have morning coffee out of Styrofoam! I have long hair. Large containers of shampoo and conditioner were provided. The hotel was very quiet. We slept very well in an extremely comfortable bed. Thank you. We were exhausted!

Cons:

A couple of small things come to mind. Because we've traveled quite a distance, we have a very small ice chest we use for bottled water and sodas. An ice machine with an ice bucket would have been more convenient.

Great stay! Breakfast was superb!
Pros:

We had a very nice stay and would book this location again in the future. Everything was close by—groceries, restaurants, malls, etc. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were terrific. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. I’ve never had this many different choices for breakfast, and they all tasted good too! One morning, the cook from Vietnam prepared rice noodles, and let me tell you—it was a big hit for my hungry tummy. I know noodles for breakfast isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but it definitely was for me. I saw a few other guests loving the noodles too. I’m so happy they offer different food choices instead of the usual breakfast items!
