Boven verwachting goed hotel
Pros:

Leuk hotel met veel kamers boven een winkel. Schone kamer met een groot balkon. Op de begane grond is een nette gemeenschappelijke ruimte met leuke zitjes en gratis koffie en thee. De fietsen staan veilig op de binnenplaats. Uithuizen is een klein oud stadje met een Chinees, een pizzeria en de AH om de hoek. Ideale overnachting om Noord-Groningen te verkennen.

Cons:

Breng oordopjes mee, het is best gehorig. De vloer op de bovenverdieping kraakt en er is op zaterdag uitgaanspubliek aan de voorzijde.

Pros:

Central location but it was very quiet while I was there.
It does have a communal cooking area and there was a fridge in the room.

Cons:

This is more of a hostel than a hotel and for the price it was too expensive. The entrance door is actually round the corner from the front of the hotel.
The room was basic for the price and needs to be freshened up. As the walls of the room were not solid I expect that sound would easily travel through the walls.
I travelled by bicycle and the shed I was told to put my bike in was not locked and also it was accessible from the road behind which I hadn't realised.
I have stayed in very many properties that I booked on booking.com and I am getting frustrated with fake reviews and photos and information that are at best misleading. This doesn't just apply to this property but also many others.

Good hotel to overnight!
Pros:

Good location right in the center, free parking. Clean room, the personal was very kind.

Cons:

Room was too small dificulte to use the desk. Inclination of the wall above bed is a little bit of a problem if you forget that is there, hit my head a few times.

Reminded me of on call accommodation in a hospital. Clean, comfortable, basic

Cons:

There was noise from the street and adjacent rooms. Compared to other places I have stayed in NL I thought the price was higher than the quality.
