Amazing stay
Pros:

An amazing hotel! We couldn't have asked for more! Between bubbles on arrival, water re stocked in our room every day and the most comfy beds!
Everything was perfect! The jacuzzi was great and we spent most days in there! Also loved that each room had 2 deck chairs!

Cons:

We loved everything! The bar could open earlier and like most hotel bars is Abit more expensive!

Great staff, good restaurant, nice pools but a bit fresh .
In general , it is a very good experience
Flexible for the check out - we had our room till 1 pm without extra payment

Cons:

The floor wasn't very clean in the room. We had a late check out for free till 1pm, I would prefer to pay half price of the night to stay till 4 pm
Also the shower isn't very hot.

The staff make this hotel, would come back but only if the pool was heated in BER months

Loved our stay!
Pros:

Great location, really nice and quiet resort with plenty of space and sunbeds.

Rooms are lovely and spacious with your own sunbeds for the balcony

Cons:

The pillows are the only bad thing about this place - very uncomfortable!

Pros:

La habitación estuvo sorprendentemente grande y se nota que el hotel en general debe estar recién reformado. Llegamos por la noche y me fijé que el hotel y el camino a nuestra habitación que es en aire libre estuvo súper limpio y las terrazas de las habitaciones también. La cama era King size y muy cómoda! Aparte en nuestra habitación hemos tenido una extra habitación para mi hijo en cual prepararon la cama para el.

El desayuno estuvo delicioso con café Nespresso, fruta muy buena recién cortada y los huevos hechos en momento a tu gusto. Mi pareja pidió English breakfask y le gustó bastante. El personal en desayuno también estuvo muy amable y contento. Lo que la verdad se agradece 🫶🏼

Cons:

Lo único malo fue que me pidieron que si quisiera quedar hasta la tarde ( check out ) deberíamos pagar 150€ más lo que es muy alto.

Just about ok for a short stay.
Pros:

Liked location, facilities, bedrooms and cleanliness.

Children were allowed to run around making noise which kept everyone up at night.
Food was same menu which got boring when there for 5 nights.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella dotata di due piscine per adulti e due per bambini. La stanza era moderna, pulita e molto spaziosa con letto matrimoniale comodissimo e seconda stanza con terzo letto, divano e armadio. Molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno riservato con due lettini, tavolino e stendino. Al cambio giornaliero forniscono una bottiglia di acqua gratuitamente. Comoda la presenza di teli mare in stanza.
Personale molto gentile, una menzione speciale per Maria alla reception 🫶🏻
A 10 minuti a piedi si trova la spiaggia di sabbia nera con mare cristallino di Puerto del Carmen.
Consigliatissimo!

Qualche attesa durante le portate della cena, probabilmente dovuto al periodo di alta stagione

Sometimes some of the adults would bring their children up to the jacuzzi area, most times the pool attendant would remove them, petty I know but I really enjoyed that area to relax.
