One night is enough.
Pros:

The staff is awesome! Mr. Semih speaks English well. The breakfast is good. It’s not prepared until you arrive in the morning, so it’s fresh.

Cons:

The website description is misleading. They don’t have workspace in every room. They don’t have 24 hour reception, the rooms are definitely not soundproof, and the WiFi is weak in the room. The best WiFi is in the hallway or garden. The parking area is big enough for one car.

Within easy walking of center, very lively center since it's a university town.

Parking was inadequate, typical for most hotels in Turkey. No elevator, difficult with suitcases, although staff did help

Pros:

Breakfast couldn’t get fresher than what I was served. Very rich and delicious!

Cons:

My room was close to the common balcony where guests were smoking and I could smell it from my room.

Alles rund herum war sehr schön. Immer wieder gerne. Werde weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren die Fenster vom Gewicht her sehr schwer, deswegen zum Öffnen kraftaufwändig.

Además del personal, la casa, restaurada o mantenida su esencia con gusto, al igual que el diseño de su interior. Está muy céntrica y tiene el aparcamiento en la zona trasera, al otro lado de su precioso jardín.

Cons:

El dormitorio me pareció algo pequeño, pero era cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario.

Lovely hotel, but bed was just too big for the room
Pros:

Beautiful historic family home converted into bed and breakfast. Very tasteful decor. Manager was really helpful and responded immediately to any issue. Really close to shops and restaurants and property also has a lovely restaurant.

Cons:

Beautiful room, but two single beds next to each other is the same as a king size. We could hardly move in the room. A double bed would have been much better. Old town Bartin has very narrow streets with lots of one way lanes which Google maps does not know. If one leaves before 8:30 in the morning, one can avoid the congestion.

Pros:

Karadeniz turumuzun bartın ayağı için Kaf konağı tercih ettik. Rezervasyon yaparken odalarımızı birer kişi eksik yapmış olduğumuzu otele varınca farkettik. Sağolsunlar yardımcı oldular ücret farkını ödeyip sorunu çözdük. Otel bartın merkezde ve amasra, güzelcehisar lav sütunları gibi turistik destinasyonlara araçla 20dk uzaklıkta. Şehirde otopark çok büyük bir problem. Otelin civarında otopark bulmak da çok zordu. Eşyalarla otele yürümek zorunda kaldık. Otel eski bi konak evi gibi ve çok estetik. Mimarisini ve dokusunu çok beğendim. 1 puan kırma sebebim. İkinci misafirler için ücret farkı ödememize rağmen havlu ve terlik vermemeleri. Biz istemeyi unuttuk fakat. Ücretini ödediğimiz şeyi bizim istememize gerek kalmadan vermeleri gerekirdi. İkinci sebep ise otelin fiyatının pahalı olması. Tüm karadeniz turumuzda yaptığımız en pahalı konaklama Bartın oldu. Bartın kadar küçük bir yer için pahalı olduğu kanaatindeyim. Geri kalan hususlardan (kahvaltı, temizlik gibi) memnun kaldık.

Brilliant place well worth a visit.
Pros:

Gem of a place in the middle of the city. Very friendly and helpful host. Old building but well kept. Room was well equipped but compact. Great evening meal with local wine. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was a bit tricky and not very secure. But it all worked out fine.
