Pros:

Nice hotel ambiance partially due to appealing Architecture. Room and bed were comfortable and having a full kitchen is an excellent amenity. Breakfast nd coffee was good. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom design in studio suite is poor. Light from sink shines on bed if someone is trying to sleep. Bathroom should be more separated.. it also would be nice to have a dining table that could accommodate two people.

Great breakfast! Very good variety and quality of food. Comfortable bed. Hotel looks pretty new and very clean. I also enjoyed the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo, conditioner and soap!

Nice stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel. We felt very safe. The staff were nice. Breakfast the next morning was good and there was a nice variety of items to choose from.

Cons:

The light in the vanity flickered when we arrived and the bulb finally blew the next morning. The bed was ok. The pillows were flat.

I had the time of my life.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! The housekeeping staff were great just hard to communicate with because I don’t speak their language. But they were friendly.

Good
Pros:

Location was ideal, space was enough and kitchen was well stocked!!

Cons:

The pool was closed and that was the main reason we booked for the kids. There was no notice on the website or alternative offered, and even though embassy suites was connected and both owned by Hilton they said no.
