Pity about the check in

Everything was great except the check in staff....!

I received a message at around 7 pm asking if I was going to check in. I was annoyed as I have never been harassed like this before! Plus as I was driving at the time it was most off putting!
I finally checked in at 8pm and realized that she was trying to give my room away!!!
I challenged her and she went very quiet! I noticed there was a man hovering about at the reception area.
This is all surmising on my part. However, was not best pleased with the vibe I felt emanating from this woman!!
Hope management takes note!
Do not jeopardize your reputation and quality for the sake of some irresponsible employees!

Pros:

The family suite we stayed in was a very good value for money. Rooms in the apartment unit were comfy, everything was clean, shower / bath has good water pressure and plenty of outside viewing windows which further enhances the spaciousness. It sure felt like we were paying less for more. Superb experience, will definitely be staying here again my future visits to Ipoh.

Just a tiny bit...
1- squeaky bedroom doors were annoyingly loud
2- tv unit at living area kept going offline.
