The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was great - very near everything with easy access to the tram system. Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Immeuble avec une superbe architecture, idéalement situé pour visiter le centre de La Haye.. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant. La chambre était simple mais très propre et le lit très confortable.
Le petit déjeuné (buffet) était abondant, mais pas trop à mon goût (mais ç a c'est personnel !).

Prachtig hotel. Authentieke koffiekamer. Perfecte lokatie.
Jammer dat met onze klacht niet iets werd gedaan. Toilet op de kamer lag bij aankomst “een boodschap in” Ik heb zelf (het toilet) maar schoongemaakt, omdat we kort erna een afspraak hadden en weinig tijd hadden om op dat moment te melden en terug te lopen naar de receptie en op schoonmaak te wachten. Het enige antwoord na melding was; “vervelend we geven het door” is dan wel minimaal. Te meer omdat we extra opties hadden afgenomen en betaald. Personeel is jong (zeker vriendelijk) maar dan mis ik wel de ervaring om wat anders te reageren, Tip; had iets “weggestreept” om mensen met een beter gevoel de deur uit te laten gaan. Zeker omdat je een mail krijgt vanuit het hotel op de dag van aankomst om “ geen review net klacht te schrijven” en je klacht te uiten voor je een review schrijft, zodat ze het kunnen oplossen.
Heerlijk hotel, locatie in het centrum van de stad, veel horeca en winkels in de buurt.
