Lobby clean, breakfast nice, staff friendly but sleeping room disappointing.

It’s convenient for me and breakfast area is clean and well stocked. Staff in breakfast area is very kind. The older gentleman who cleaned the dining area and restocked should get a raise. Very polite and helpful

Cons:

Ive been coming to this property for six years and was disappointed this time. The room was not cleaned well and had a slight smell like dirty rags being used to clean. The shower dripped all night but luckily with the door closed I couldn’t hear it. Also the air conditioning unit made a big clunk noise everytime it went off. Needs fine tuning. I know it sounds like I’m whining but I’m in marketing and it’s the little things that make a difference to a guest. I did mention the shower and air unit when I left.
