Pros:

Breakfast was good and hotel is close to main square, 30 minutes walk from main station or 10 minutes on tram 17 which is conveniently close to hotel. Main issue with hotel is traffic noise as close to main road and people noise from street. Hotel was very warm so with windows open noise is even worse, two very bad nights sleep.

Una estancia satisfactoria
Pros:

Buena ubicación, a 5-7 minutos caminando de la Plaza del Mercado, lo cual es perfecto para explorar el centro de la ciudad, así como el barrio de la catedral, que queda a unos 15 minutos andando.
La habitación es espaciosa y bien decorada. La cama es muy cómoda - definitivamente uno de los puntos fuertes de este hotel. Hay que destacar especialmente la calidad excepcional de la ropa de cama: las sábanas son increíblemente suaves y agradables.
El baño es funcional aunque algo reducido, especialmente el área del inodoro, pero cumple con las necesidades básicas, no es un inconveniente mayor.
El personal es amable y atento.
La única carencia notable es la falta de nevera en la habitación, algo que esperamos encontrar, para poder conservar bebidas frías.
En resumen, es un hotel muy recomendable que ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Pros:

I’m a runner and it was in a perfect spot to go for a run every morning. As well as dining options near by was very versatile. Nice bar where you can shoot pool was in walking distance as well.

Om man vill ha städning så måste man säga till innan kl.18:00 dagen innan. Vi checkade in senare än så, så lite typiskt. Frukostens ägg var inte hårdkokt som det stod, men annars fanns det olika sorters bröd och annat att välja på så som våfflor och scramble egg. Hade gärna haft färsk fruktsallad inte från burk då det fanns massa god frukt annars att välja på. Alla som jobbade på hotellet var trevliga och duktiga. Även plus för renlighet och för att läget var så bra. Air con var på en temperatur, men den var behaglig. Rekommenderar detta hotel.

Struttura moderna, in posizione abbastanza centrale. Camera pulita, ma molto buia e poco funzionale. Non c'è un armadio, né uno spazio dove riporre le proprie cose. Solo 5 stampelle appese a una barra. Il frigorifero era molto rumoroso e disturbava durante la notte. In compenso, il letto era molto comodo.
Avevo richiesto una camera con 2 letti singoli e mi è stata data una matrimoniale. Non c'è stata possibilità di cambiare. Capisco che questo tipo di richieste non siano garantite, ma mi sarei aspettata di essere avvisata visto che avevo fatto una prenotazione con possibilità di cancellazione e avrei sicuramente optato per un'altra soluzione.
Tanto più che l'hotel mi ha inviato una gran quantità di email nei giorni precedenti il mio arrivo proponendomi vari extra e servizi. Avrebbero potuto usare una di queste mail per avvisarmi che non era possibile soddisfare la richiesta. Viste le mie rimostranze, l'impiegata alla reception mi ha detto di aver parlato con il manager e che mi avrebbero offerto una qualche forma di compensation, ma poi non ne ho saputo più nulla. Nel complesso, non tornerei in questo hotel.
