Ottima struttura nel centro di Palermo e vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città, ottima e moderna struttura, pulizia e cura degli ambienti, camera spaziosa e ariosa con le giuste dotazioni, letto molto comodo. Grande celerità nel procurarci un transfer per l'aeroporto senza che nemmeno lo avessimo prenotato, molto apprezzata.

Cons:

Un aspetto particolarmente grave è stato la mancanza di acqua calda in bagno per diversi minuti in orario tardo pomeridiano, al quale la struttura non ha saputo rimediare prontamente. Insonorizzazione delle camere migliorabile.

Cons:

Un poco ruidosa la calle pero bueno, es lo qur tiene el centro. Con tapones bien.
Las esquinas de la cama son un poco “peligrosas”

Sicuramente la posizione ottima e la gentilezza di tutto il personale. L'hotel sorge in una piazzetta tranquillissima e silenziosa nonostante stia a 100 metri dalla centralissima via Roma

Sicuramente la prima colazione. E' vero che siamo andati in periodo invernale con la struttura quasi vuota, però il prezzo pagato comprendeva una ottima prima colazione che invece era proprio misera....

The location is perfect. There's the elevator. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean.. The space in the room is right.

Cons:

The air-condition is centrally controlled. Hence we could not alter the temperature and the mode. The room was hot and the air-conditioning was 24°C heat mode. The dcor of the room is bare but ok. The sound proofing is inexistant. So you either wake up at 7am like the other guests or earlier. I could hear a loud humming coming from other rooms. Not sure if it's a water pump or the extractor but the noise was loud and wouldn't let me sleep. For a 4 star hotel, which is pricey compared to others. I expected something more.

Pros:

Good breakfast and great location. Could walk to most attractions like the opera house. Plenty of restaurants around.

Cons:

Bar fridge didnt work and wasnt fixed during our stay even though we twice asked for it to be fixed. Quite a bit of internal noise due to tiled floors

Great hotel in the old part of Palermo
Pros:

We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony on the top floor. It was a great stay, thanks to the wonderful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Location was fantastic, there are many restaurants within an easy walk. Room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were unsure of all the hotels we looked at in Palermo but we were glad we settled on this one.
