Molto bene, ma fate delle docce vere e non vasche da bagno adattate. E rinnovate i materassi.

Personale gentile e accogliente. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

La doccia adattata dentro una vecchia vasca non è una soluzione accettabile in un hotel di questo livello.
I materassi troppo usati sono troppo molli.

A hospitalidade dos funcionários. Foram fantásticos, sobretudo na preocupação em proporcionar as melhores condições à minha mãe que tem dificuldades de locomoção.

Pros:

Nothing great. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is nice and the women working it are very thoughtful. The front desk staff is nice enough, but some have very limited English skills and the ones we dealt with were also inexperienced. Our refrigerator didn't work at all and when we reported it after the first night we were told that they would have to contact "administration" the next day to determine what to do, and we never heard anything. We had a triple deluxe room and asked to have the beds as far apart as possible, but they were right next to each other and we when we asked about it, we were told the rooms are all the same despite the fact that one of the ones pictured on the website is substantially a larger space than the others. We were also given an accessible room, which we didn't need or request. Finally, there is no parking here, or a bar for that matter, despite what it says on the website. All they do is direct you to one of the private lots near the hotel, and it's a bit of a circus there. When we asked about parking before arriving, they simply deflected and said they would give us the "details" when we arrived. It's a nice enough stay, but not for the price and the lack of service and parking.

Il primo giorno non si è visto nessuno alla colazione per una buona decina di minuti, stavano discutendo in cucina.
Il secondo giorno siamo stati lasciati fuori dall'Hotel alle 3 del pomeriggio per quasi 5 minuti perché la receptionist dovendo andare in bagno ha chiuso letteralmente le porte dell'albergo.
