Pros:

The rooms are nice and modern. Our bed was comfortable. We liked the location.

Cons:

No breakfast offered or included. We shouldn’t have to pay for breakfast or even a coffee. It would be better to charge more and include a breakfast or give people a choice.

A 3 Star Hotel Til Manager Harms Client-Accountable!
Pros:

I liked in general most of the good I could appreciate, such as a good staff member.

Cons:

The manager went against code universal law via abusing or via bad speech that kept blaming this client for a key stolen - or illegally removed - out of my purse's inside-pocket during the overnight Wed. Night Sept 16th

Didn’t have breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice room and nice bathroom.

Cons:

Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. One in the lobby but was on the 4th floor so wasn’t going to go down four flights to use it.
