It would be nice if there was a consistency throughout the rooms in the hotel and everything worked.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine with a decent variety of offerings.

Cons:

The first room I was in Room 211 seemed like it was 1/2 done. There was no ice bucket, the tv didn't work, when I asked for a new remote it still didn't work, the door sign was bent and wouldn't stay on the door. They moved me to Room 214 at 1am. The road noise from the street sweeper was so loud I was awake at 5:30. Not the hotel's fault, but REALLY annoying when you are on vacation!

No microwave, the rooms was dirty, staff were not communicating, night staff nowhere to be seen, walls and curtains were dirty, fridge had old food in it, only saw housekeeping 1 time and we were there 5 days

Buona posizione, tutto a posto, ma in città ci sono altri hotel con colazioni migliori.
Pros:

Camera ottima, centralissimo.

Cons:

Per un posto così la colazione si può migliorare.
Peccato che il ristorante chiuda un giorno alla settimana (comunque a pochi passi e' pieno di locali anche buoni e alla mano).

Pros:

The location was good as we were taking the ferry the next day. Breakfast was ok. Parking was a bit of a walk, but we were able to park in front of the hotel after 6pm that worked out very nicely. Staff was very good and attentive.

Upon our arrival at the hotel around 10:20 pm-ish, we had discussed our intention to check out late, approximately 3 pm the following day, and agreed to pay an additional $50 per room. However, one of the rooms, where my parents are staying, was unexpectedly evicted. Despite my father having already informed the staff about my request for a late check-out and the payment made, they still charged me $100 ($50 for each room), which has left me deeply disappointed with their service. I was not present during this incident as I had visited the town for a job interview, and my wife informed me of it afterward. I had assumed that they would only charge $50 due to this, but unfortunately no, they still charged for two rooms.

Pros:

This hotel has an excellent location for walking to food and attractions. There is free street side parking and it seemed safe.

Cons:

It wasn't clean, the staff were not helpful, but the manager did contact me and I feel satisfied with the outcome.

Even with the negatives i wrote I would stay here again if ever in New Bedford.
Pros:

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spacious clean. It's location for what and where we were going was great.

Cons:

Kitchen was closed so really no breakfast other than bagels, muffins or cereal etc. The parking lot was 2 blocks from the hotel. Our door lock was not the best.

Pros:

In theory, the property has all of the bones to be a great stay

Cons:

It was very unclean and our first room smell like cigarette smoke the second room that they offered had a stained pull-out mattress and hadn’t been cleaned or checked prior to us being assigned the room. We couldn’t stay here as a result. Neither booking.com or the property have completed the tasks to issue a refund.
