Did the job for an airport stopover, but not great for a longer stop over like ours (16 hours)
Pros:

Free shuttle bus, unfortunately we missed the free breakfast due to timing. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No food at the hotel, so for a long stop over it's not good.

Great service. Amazing staff and friendly service.
Pros:

Amazing service for the little I paid for a night. Felt like a VIP and as a english speaking person having the staff help me with translaters was amazing. And offering a food delivery service to my door which I had taken. The bedroom felt a bit lack luster compared to the bathroom but still amazing place.

Cons:

Probably just my room but would have liked it to be a big bigger rather than cramped.

Attempted to charge me twice by being shady and have me pay at the property, then told booking.com I didn’t show up so they could charge the fee via them too. Stinks of cigarette even in non smoking rooms. No food available anywhere if arriving late at night. They did offer to order us some but would only do it if we paid cash which we didn’t have.

You CANNOT use the free shuttle for airport pick up because it has to be booked ahead of time and every time I tried to call they said they didn’t speak English. No one spoke English during check in and they were frankly just rude.
The only nice person was the bell check man and I unfortunately didn’t get his name.
The shuttle bus driver to Disney was absolutely so rude and had the nasty attitude I have ever experienced.

Beware of scams! We booked an overnight stay for December 26, 2025, and had inquired beforehand as we would be arriving around 1:00 AM. We were told it wouldn't be a problem if a room was available. However, upon arrival, we were told we had to book an overnight stay for December 25th in order to check in on December 26th.We weren't even offered a room for an additional fee.
