Pros:

Even though I had a confirmed and prepaid booking, the hotel sent we away for xenophobic reasons. At the other hotel I had to pay more money and never received the promised refund. Do not book at Treebo Malhaar Regency!

Room can be maintained properly. The pictures of the property online is not matching the actual.

Clean bathroom and good staff ready to help and support

Cons:

bed sheet had stains and hole possibly from a cigarette burn. Pillow covers not. Rain water seeing into the room from the balcony and wet floor. Room had a damp odour and poor lighting in the room. Room walls are damp and paint peeling off. Electrical switches in bad shape and riky.

Pros:

No toothpaste, brush was provided.
Electric Plugges were old and weren't working properly. Blanket was not good. Bad place to stay for solo and family travellers. Standards were low and I won't recommend staying here unless you have no other option available.
