Petit déjeuner pauvre..mais bien équilibré

Decent budget hotel very close to train station and only a short walking distance from the city centre. The room was spacious and I slept well thanks to it being quiet. The hotel needs refurbishing and the bed made creaking noises whenever I moved and wasn't particularly comfortable. The receptionist Angelique was friendly and helpful, and I was able to store my luggage the following day.

Bad service, smoking fever in the room.price is good.

The hotel's location is terrific and everything for the most part was OK except I let the receptionist know that my TV was not working and she did not seem to care. Later she sent someone up to look at it, but he could not fix it. You would think they would move me to another room as soon as this was discovered. That is called "customer service" but in Italy this does not seem to matter.

Die Unterkunft war katastrophal und das Geld absolut nicht wert. Alles war alt , schmutzig und teilweise kaputt, wie z. B. der Stuhl im Zimmer, Regale im Badezimmer , Teppichboden im Flur, der dazu noch richtig eklig war . Türschloss funktionierte nicht richtig.
Frühstück: lieblos in Folien verpackte Essware und Jogurts , nichts frisches.

Hotel correct

Vi havde booket for 3 overnatninger, men skrev os ud allerede efter den første nat.

Værelset som lå i gadeplan havde et højt placeret vindue ud til en baggård. Der var et vægmonteret aircondition anlæg som ikke var i drift. Så havde man placeret et mobilt anlæg på gulvet og lavet et hul i væggen. Det holdt også op med at virke og personalet vidste ikke hvordan det skulle håndteres. Vi fik til slut en ventilator ind i værelset.
Morgenmaden som var daggammelt brød og ingen frugt blev serveret i den lille reception….
De sanitære forhold gjorde at der lugtede af kloak ude fra badeværelset af.
En back-packer kunne for en enkelt nat synes det var fint, men for tre nætter var det simpelt hen for usselt.
Vi rejste videre og fandt et LANGT bedre hotel

駅から徒歩５分もかからないが、ホテルの前にホテルの表示がなく、地元の人も通りすぎるくらい、わかりにくかった。

Avevano l’aria condizionata rotta e non hanno pensato di avvisare, sapendo che ci sarebbero stati 36 gradi in quel giorno. Stanza molto calda.

Tv non funzionante. Doccia senza protezione. Mancava l'interruttore della luce vicino al letto.

ES UN HOTEL PEQUEÑO PERO TIENE UNA UBICACION MUY BUENA , A POCAS CALLES DE LA TERMINAL DEL TREN ,SE PUEDE IR CAMINANDO AL CENTRO .Y DE ACUERDO AL PRECIO ESTA MUY BIEN ,LAS CHICAS DE RECEPCION MUY ATENTAS.
