In the shower it was not clean, as you can see in the photos, this is disgusting! It was up the walls inside shower as well
The check- in and check-out was ok.

AMAZING Hotel, great location and as a female solo traveller, I felt very safe. A huge thank you to Irman, he was truly amazing and his customer service was outstanding. He is a credit to this hotel.

Check in was nice and easy with the computer terminals in the foyer. We were checked in within seconds, but there are staff on hand at all hours in case you need them. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the marina with good options of bars and cafes nearby. The hotel rooms themselves were compact but had everything we needed, we had a twin room and the single beds were small. Our room had internal facing windows which was actually ideal for a good nights sleep. The room was immaculately clean, as were the hallways and dining area/bar. The rooms don't have a kettle or cups, but you can get coffee from the breakfast buffet for free until 11am. We didnt stay for breakfast, but it looked nice from what I could see. Locked luggage room for bag storage. All in all a lovely stay, good value for money.

Good location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are self service kisoks in the hote to check in and outl. The staff seemed to be on hand to help you without even asking. Location is very good, close to train stations, bus stops and tram stops. The room was clean. Would recommend.

Rooms are very small but overall quite clean and comfortable. Nicely updated. The fan over the shower was filled with dustballs that dropped on the floor but a minor complaint in terms of cleanliness. Close to the harbour, shopping and Aker Brygg. Don’t come with a lot of luggage or you will have no place to put it all except on your bed!

Rooms need updating, paint work had multiple chips and scrapes. Can’t rate the staff, as did not see any. You check in and out yourself, so unless you use the bar and restaurant, you see no staff.

Good little hotel, great bar. Room was very small, but other than that very comfortable. Would stay again.

The hotel concept is not for everyone. It’s ‘self-service’ and very basic / limited. Almost like living in a dom room. I’d happily not stay there ever again. Thank you.

Room was nice enough, but tiny. Bed was wall to wall. Bathroom very nice but small again. Very convenient location .

Biggest complaint was noise. We were on 2nd floor and noise all night from outside.

The hotel was pretty much bare bones. Not worth the price we paid. It was very clean and in a good location. Walked from the train.

Excellent property. The staff were very helpful. When thw luggage room got filled they allowed us to use their bar atorage room. So kind!

Very nice staff. Beds in standard room not US twin size but more like a cot size. Room was quite small and no windows open in the rooms. Otherwise nice stay

Lovely hotel, well located with lots of bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Close to the waterfront too. Staff very friendly

Decent hotel, good value for the price. We have skipped the breakfast, it seemed over-priced.
