Pros:

hotel is located in best place, a vivid area of Istanbul with great shopping opportunities. Closeness to Taksim and to the airport shuttle bus is a definite benefit.
I was upgrated by the hotel manager who is very kind and forthcoming. I would choose again this hotel for my next short trip in Istanbul.

Beautiful and clean rooms with helpful staff. Hotel manager was so nice and he helped me by answering my questions and concerns. Can’t wait to go back to Istanbul and stay in VVR hotel again!

Nära avstånd till centrum, metro. Vänlig personal. Dåligt uppdatering kring typ av rum. Vi hade ekonomi rum. Vid bokning via Expedia saknades info att den typen av rum saknar fönster. Enligt hotellets personal överraskas gäster alltid just vad gäller den typen av rum eftersom Expedia INTE uppdaterar info kring det. Vi var på hotellet under januari och det var fruktansvärt varmt, mer än 30 grader på rummet i kombination med avsaknad av fönster. Dessutom kom via ventilationen rök från cigaretter. I matsalen var det däremot ganska svalt. ganska sliten hotell men personalen var mycket vänligt och hjälpsam.

Otelin konumu güzel ancak Hotels.com dan seçtiğim ve ücretini ödediğim odada cam bile yoktu. O yüzden otelde biraz fazla ödeyip cam olan ve geniş bir odaya geçtim. Oda çok pisti. Yerler temizlenmemişti. Yorgan pis ve nevresimsizdi. Bu durumu ilettim ve 2.gün oda temizlendi çarşaflar değiştirildi. Odada havluluk vb nereye dokunsam elimde kaldı. Kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen kahvaltı salonu bodrumda camsız ve iç karartıcı, kahvaltılıklar özensizdi. Dışarıda kahvaltı yaptım. Çok da uygun fiyatlı olmadığı için bu paraya daha iyi bir yerde kalırsınız. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

İki tek kişilik yatak tercihi sebebiyle fiyat farkı verip rezervasyon yaptırdım ama otel iki tek kişilik yatak olan oda için fiyat farkı ödemem gerektiğini söyledi.

Vvr is such a nice hotel right in the center. Walking distance to all attractions in Nisantasi. They free-upgraded my room to the one with the balcony and rooms are really huge. I would definetely stay here again. Thanks for everything.
