all was good

Cons:

I had issue with wifi coverage inside my suite, so I was using my data for internet, which wasn't good. The shower head is broken, and it wasn't that easy to take a shower.

would recommend to someone visiting for the first time

I liked the location and the staff were very friendly.

la piscina non é affollata, la stanza ha una bella vista con un bagno spazioso e tanti specchi e balconcino carino

Cons:

la colazione deludente, non hanno opzioni per chi é intollerante al lattosio, pulizie superficiali, quando ho detto che mi sentivo male e mi serviva del thé lo hanno dato freddo alla mia amica su un vassoio sporco (dicono di avere il servizio in camera ma la mia amica é dovuta andare a recuperarlo per me). accanto all'hotel c'é un atm che ti prende un sacco di tasse e nei dintorni nessuno cambia i soldi. Zona totalmente morta solo con resort attorno. Il Wi-Fi é terribile, non prende completamente ho dovuto usare la mia connessione dati.

La propreté est à revoir. Le sol était littéralement noir. Je marche à pieds nus, mes pieds sont noirs et remplis de sable. Pleins de petits « déchets » au sol, n’aspirez vous pas ? J’étais obligée de marcher en chaussures. L’eau de la piscine était trouble, je n’ai pas osé me baigner. On a dû chercher l’emplacement du petit déjeuner, rien n’est clair. Certains clients fument la chicha sur le bord de la piscine, je ne sais pas si c’est le meilleur exemple pour les enfants… Je ne suis restée qu’une nuit, j’en suis bien contente. Je ne reviendrai plus.

N’allez pas à cette hôtel sauf au restaurant de l’hôtel.
Pros:

Uniquement le personnel du restaurant surtout les serveurs. Ils sont tellement gentils : soukaina, Mouad, le monsieur sénégalais ils sont tous gentils les serveurs, serveuses.

Cons:

Le service de taxi, complètement méchant et pas honnête. Ne vous faite pas avoir, c’est 250 dh que pour le retour, j’ai même parlé à un gendarme, il m’as dit normalement l’allée est prix en charge par l’hôtel.

Ensuite les filles de l’accueil, faite une formation, elles sont froides et quand tu leur parle du problème notamment sur le taxi car sur ma réservation c’est noté taxi allée gratuit elles s’enfoutent, cherchent même pas à comprendre et disent c’est booking qui s’est trompé (ça m’a fait rire) alors que j’ai parlé avec des clients ils m’ont dit l’allée c’est pas payant pour eux.
