Would not recommend. Everything was very below average and staff not very helpful

It was very close to the beach.

Cons:

Very basic and extremely loud at night.
Asked to change room but were told we couldn’t as full (although showing availability online).
A very loud and scary fight went on one night at 2am.
Food very average and service extremely slow.

Cons:

Des personnes extérieures à l’hôtel alcoolisées à 9h du matin fumant la chicha au bord de la piscine pendant que mes enfants enfants et moi prenions le petit déjeuner. Odeur de chicha et de cigarettes. Établissement sale. Personnel pas à l’écoute. Service très lent. 1h pour avoir un café, un jus ou un plat.

La première chose le personelle de la réception ne son pas professional juste pour un documents d identité il voulait me bloquer, j était avec ma famille ont été ensemble tout le voyage malheureusement à cet hôtel il nous on sépare faute de place,j ai pas aimé cet action, l hôtels à tout les dispositions pour les résidents sauf une salle de prière pour toute les religions, moi je retourne pas à cet hôtel..

Nous avons apprécié la qualité du service, avec un personnel souriant, accueillant et à l’écoute. La chambre était satisfaisante, propre et équipée de tous les essentiels nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un véritable atout, puisqu’il est proche de tout

Cons:

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié est la présence d’alcool et de chicha au bord de la piscine durant la journée peut être assez gênante et derangeante surtout pour les familles marocaines avec des enfants.

La piscine, ainsi que le petit dej

Cons:

Le personnel peut systématique, toujours redemander pour avoir ce qu’on demande, 40 minutes d’attente pour avoir des boissons ou son repas. Chambres sales, toilettes remplis d’eau, nous avons demandé de venir réparer, quelqu’un est venu mais les toilettes étaient toujours rempli d’eau. Pour avoir une serviette il faut se lever très tôt, nous étions 4 et nous devions partager la serviette en deux. Par rapport aux chambres, il faut demander dans quelle partie vous êtes, pour éviter de vous retrouver en dessous d’un boite de nuit. Bref à fuir…
