Mir hat die Lage des Hotels gefallen, es war nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und die Zimmer waren sehr groß.

Cons:

Das Buffet war leider sehr schlecht, das Frühstück hatte mehr Gemüse als Obst, die Kaffeetassen waren schrecklich, die Saftgläser noch schlimmer, das Besteck ehrlich gesagt furchtbar, wenig Auswahl an Brot, wenig Auswahl an Käse, die Säfte waren schrecklich – überladen mit Zucker und schlecht gemischt. Das muss leider verbessert werden, vor allem wenn die Gäste größtenteils Europäer sind. Eine andere Sache, die mir nicht gefiel, war die Reinigung der Zimmer. An mehreren Tagen wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, und es wurde nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit beim Putzen gezeigt. Nur an einem Tag hat ein Mädchen eine gute Reinigung gemacht, der Rest war schrecklich. Das Internet des Hotels ist erbärmlich schlecht, es funktioniert manchmal und mit Glück.

Excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, the staff are amazing. I didn't go in the pool but it looked beautiful day and night. Breakfast had lots of choice. It's a short walk to the beach or restaurants. The food in the hotel was good, abit expensive but tasty and well presented.

Cons:

Our first room was 3031, don't accept this room if you want to get to sleep before 3am. It's under the rooftop bar which is a lovely chilled out place. It's not really the music that's the problem it's the loud bangs when something is dropped and then the staff must use a crowbar or pickaxe to clean up with. It's got the best views of the pool and sea, until about 11pm it's the best room in the hotel. The staff were quick to move us when we asked about it. It wouldn't be a problem if we had earplugs.

La chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Literie confortable. Environnement calme. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux (boissons, jus de fruit, assortiment de viennoiseries et de pains, omelette, salades, charcuterie, yaourt, céréales, confitures, miel, beurre).
