A good place for a quick pit stop driving from Bangkok south
The pictures on booking or tripadvisor look great but in reality it looks different. The aircondition didnt work, while it had above 30 degrees outside. In the bathroom, all the hooks to hang the belongings on it were broken. Due to not existing bath tube the bathroom was easily floated. The Pool was really ugly. The coating/painting of the pool was peeling off. The light in the pool was hanging in the water and the cable was visible. You cannot swim there, even the hotel staff confirmed that entering the sea was not possible due to sharp rocks along the shoreline. This was sooo disapointing.

Toppen trevlig personal i receptionen, dessvärre var restaurangen ett riktigt bottennapp, tog lång tid att få maten ( personalen sa att dom hade problem med sitt it system), kanske inte hela världen, men sedan får vi in kall mat och får inte in maten samtidigt, dessutom dyr restaurang med thailändska mått mätt, ta en promenad på 10 minuter så hittar ni säkert något trevligare ställa att äta på

We stayed at the Beach resort 5 years ago.
At that time, the property was newer however there was a flooding problem with the pool and staff were new and less experienced.
Fast forward 5 years and we see many positive changes.
- Staff gave us a great warm welcome with drinks
- The pool has been relocated to higher ground and now has trees and shrubs around it
- Staff gave us a free room upgrade
- Restaurant staff were excellent
- Breakfast variety excellent
We loved our room and this property is well maintained!
To improve: we saw a hotel cat lounging on a guest lounge chair in the lobby. This could be an issue for anyone with allergies who decided to sit there afterwards.

Fantastic room right on the sea front, lovely staff and service, restaurant good too, great choice of breakfast.
Staff had not check key card room it was does work no electricity, no air condition in my room. After they walk away from my room. I need to asked house keeper for a new card and tested by myselft what happended. And called on the telphone please change my keycard.
I had a wonderful stay! Staff was super friendly, the food was great and they accommodated my vegan diet very nicely (no just french fries and fried mixed veggies, they made an excellent and tasty selection for me), great views, and relaxing place.
Location
I stayed at the hotel for the fourth time in early August (just stopovers), and it is always a pleasure to be there. The hotel is attractively designed, and the staff are uniformly kind and helpful. It seems to be a very well-managed hotel. After a long journey, it is a relief to sleep well on a large, comfortable bed. I wish that I could find more hotels as consistently good as this.

Try to pre arrange your transportation to the airport. They charge 200 baht per person for a 10 minute ride to the airport. Only because there is no traffic in this area.
Spacious, clean and modern rooms with sea view. Our kids stayed in a very nice maisonette (two story room). Friendly staff and lots of choices on the restaurant menu. We enjoyed our stay very much, it is a great spot to catch a breath and recharge.
Overpriced not worth it.
