Pros:

Travelled for a concert at the O2 arena. Great location, nice restaurant and bar for pre / post concert meal and drinks. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Very good. Perfect for AO arena location.

Clean, spacious and excellent location

Cons:

We had read that a limited room service was available after 10pm, so as I was with my daughter and had been to a late gig, we had planned on using this service. However they told us at 11pm there was no food available. They did suggest deliveries, but it was a little misleading.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff and a good night's sleep
Pros:

The hotel was beautifully decorated to a premium standard. Our room was modern, comfortable and quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing! It was a 10/10 for me. We will be staying again.
