Central , homely
The cooked breakfast was overcooked on all four mornings. The bacon and sausages were rock hard
LOCATION/ROOM/CLEAN/PRICE ALL GOOD
The location is very central. The rooms were spacey & breakfast was good. We were given a room with a bathroom for persons with a disability. No issue with that but the wash hand basin was extremely small in size to use for us let alone for people with a disability. In our country such wash hand basin are of a larger size, that at least it could be used. Tried explaining to the receptionist but it seemed that they did seem to understand.
Top Lage, direkt bei der Victoria Station. Sehr freundliches Personal und superschöne Zimmer. Frühstück für den Preis ganz okay, aber nicht überragend.
Einziger Makel war der Geschmack im Badezimmer.

This is the second time we have stayed and the second time that the entertainment system within the room didn’t work at all. Reception offered to move us at 10pm at night which was too late. Complained to reception in the morning and was told we would hear back. 3 months later and I’m still waiting…
The room was beautifully and quirkily furnished and spotless. We had loads of space and it felt like a really special place when we arrived. The breakfast choices were excellent and the location was so central, near the staion and most of the places we wanted to visit.
We were on the first floor and the tramlines met just behind our room. It was noisy and intrusive.

Unfortunately did not get to try breakfast but the rest of the team said it was grand. No parking on site and received a parking fine for the parking across the road.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel extra proche de tout, tout en étant au calme. Le petit déjeuner anglais typique délicieux compris ds le continental, l'accueil parfait, la vue de notre chambre choix skyline room géniale (super cadeau pour mon cheri), la propreté, les équipements.
Nous trouvons le tarif un peu élevé mais les prestations sont réelles.
Pour notre goût le lit était trop mou.

1 night B&B for 2. The deal was pay on arrival, £166.10. The receptionist said that I would have to pay an extra £50 which would automatically returned to me on the day of departure. This did not happen, still waiting 36 hours later. What the reason for this charge was not made clear to me.
The TV didn't have all terrestrial channels, BBC2 and ITV1 missing.
No toilet brush.
Location to the station is excellent
Staff are cheerful and friendly
Close proximity to the centre and I was staying with my son to see Robbie Williams and they have good twin rooms this will be the second stay
