Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location, large room
Pros:

Perfect location right next door to Victoria station, Arndale shopping centre and AO arena (which was what I went for). All 5 mins or less walk

Cons:

The bathroom stunk of drains my whole stay unfortunately

Great location, but not so good communication 😕
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Food was nice for breakfast and very good location

Cons:

That check in was late. 3pm is late enough so when you don't get in till nearly twenty past its a bit of a pain.
Also there was confusion over when payment was taken and a refundable £50 deposit.
Maybe clearer explanation from desk staff.

Complimentary continental breakfast we received due to issues with the tv was delicious, food in restaurant delicious
