The Lotus Aman Hotel

Location was great. Although we didn't get the room we booked the lovely staff worked hard to make amends. Our stay at the hotel and the area was excellent.

We booked this hotel 3 months before arriving into Hanoi all the way from New Zealand. The hotel is centrally located in Old Quarter . We came across the friendliest staff in all our travels all over the globe. We arrived early and staff looked after our bags while we went for a wander. The room was available as soon as it was serviced and staff allowed earlier checkin. The room was nicely decorated and very clean with all the amenities . All our tour arrangements and ongoing trips were arranged by the hotel. A special thanks to Chloe who took care of all the tours and guided us to local attractions as. Chloe is just awesome.. Great breakfast included. This hotel should be rated as 5 star for location, friendly staff and amenities . Highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing. One of the staff members named Chloe helped us through all of our bookings to Sapa and back. Additionally, they were very considerate of our weird check in timings due to overnight trains and buses. Chloe was available 24x7 on whatsapp as well in case of any problems during our trip here.

We loved the friendly staff at this hotel, Chloe from reception was the stand out who went out of her way to make us feel so welcome. I’d also like to mention the chef who was incredibly friendly and makes the best omelette.😍

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was notably clean and well-kept, and the amenities were a nice touch. The staff demonstrated excellent communication and thoughtfulness concerning our plans. They were very helpful in recommending local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. The breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a delicious variety. The location is right in the center of Old Quarter, which is a huge convenience. We'll definitely stay again next time we visit Ha Noi.

The facility was clean and the pictures were accurate. Lots of bookings I see are older pictures of facilities where everything is brand new. This one was true to the pictures and everything was clean for me.

I enjoyed the wooden touches that gave it a natural feel but with modern additions to keep air condition inside the building.

I love everything about this hotel. The manager Chloe and all staff was very helpfull even since before I arrived. The room is cleaning. I booked the room with balcony but the sound of crowd outside never bothering us while stay hêre. The location in middle Old Quarter so it's near to go everywhere. If i come to Hanoi again, I will stay here again for sure.

It was in a good location and the size of the room was bigger than I expected it to be.

Only stayed for a night. Had low expectations from experiences with previous hotels but this one was great!

It’s in the middle of the quarters with loads of food options around. The rooms are cosy, the staff are helpful too!

Breakfast was a bit salty to my liking but since there’s many food options around, not an issue.

Be warned that because it’s within the quarters, it does get pretty noisy until late night when shops close.

All in all, love this place, would come again!

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is good and you can walk to places of attraction from there. There is one halal kebab place nearby for our muslim friends.

Great location, clean authentic Vietnamese hotel

The staff were friendly, kind, and so accommodating. We stayed until January 1st and the night before we left, they wrote us a letter sending us their best wishes for the new year with candy and a keychain included. We also appreciated the central location and how cute the hotel is.
