PLEASANT N NO FUSS

Pros:

Location was great, my stay at this hotel was an impromptu decision as I came unprepared with limited clothings and didnt expect to extend my stay. Was supposed to leave Penang on Sun 19th April.

Cons:

Was told I have to pay RM1 if I request for an extra towel.
The hotel did not provide Hair dryer, so I need to borrow from the reception and was told I can have it for an hour only.
I am not happy over these restrictions.

Great place, comfortable
Pros:

Love the parking provided
Te staffs of the hotel were great

Cons:

The bathroom was great but I would suggest to provide more toiletries apart from only shower gel.

Cons:

设施老旧破烂、不完善。床头没有插座，及其不方便。窗户不能打开，无法通风。房间没有吹风机，使用需要打电话叫员工拿上来，很麻烦！！
