Convenient, simple, affordable.
Pros:

Location is really nice, the moment you walk out of the hotel, you’re surrounded by Penang signature vibe. The allocated parking area is a plus point too, as parking in Penang can be very tricky. Really helped when we arrived at 3am to have parking near the lobby, to be able to check in easily, took the lift and arrive at our room. Room and bathroom are clean. Enough power point to charge our phones. Iron available just outside.

Cons:

The room design is very basic and quite bare. No tv connection. We didn’t really mind as our itinerary was full and only in the room to rest and sleep. But if you’re looking for a holiday hotel experience, this is not it.

除了隔音不好，其他都不错。
Pros:

地理位置理想，用餐方便，购买日常用品也方便（便利店有三家）。
房间干净，每天打扫和整理。

Cons:

隔音不理想，邻房小孩晚上在走廊喊叫，成年人也在走廊大声说话很干扰。
早上也一样。

Pros:

Location was great, my stay at this hotel was an impromptu decision as I came unprepared with limited clothings and didnt expect to extend my stay. Was supposed to leave Penang on Sun 19th April.

Cons:

Was told I have to pay RM1 if I request for an extra towel.
The hotel did not provide Hair dryer, so I need to borrow from the reception and was told I can have it for an hour only.
I am not happy over these restrictions.
