The location is very good and convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is fairly average, but comfortable enough for a stay. The bed was good, and the room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. Overall, a practical and convenient place to stay. The staff also helped ensure a smooth check-in, even though we arrived very late.

Die Lage ist gut, auch die Ma vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit gerade im Bad lässt zu Wünschen übrig, ich glaube der Staub lag schon länger. Die Betten bräuchten dringend neu Matratzen, ein drehen würde vielleicht auch schon etwas Besserung bringt. Man hat das Gefühl als ob man gleich auch dem Bett fällt, da Matratzen so schief.

Localização excelente, bem próxima da Fonte de Trevi.

Cons:

Fizeram uma cobrança em duas vezes no cartão de crédito, com identificação diferente da identificação no booking. Com isso meu cartão foi bloqueado e então eu fiz um cartão virtual para fazerem a fatura. Na reserva da hospedagem diziam que a cobrança seria feita no hotel. Ao chegar disseram que tinha de pagar novamente (com cartão físico) e que o valor pago anteriormente seria devolvido 3 ou 5 dias depois (porém 5 dias depois seria após eu sair da hospedagem e da Itália. Achei uma grosseria e fora do padrão booking. Não pretendo mais me hospedar em locais com cobrança feita fora da booking devido a esse problema.
