Lovely time
Pros:

Everything!, location was really good, breakfast delicious , the room was clean , big and comfortable.

Cons:

If you want breakfast and you are making a reservation through booking make sure it is really included. I’m pretty sure I did and when I got there it was not included in my reservation. Other wise everything was great.

Estadia bem aproveitada na maravilhosa Lisboa!
Pros:

Café da manhã maravilhoso! A funcionária brasileira que nos atendeu no dia 22/03 muito solicita e simpática. Pena que não me recordo no momento de seu nome para fazer o elogio nominalmente.

Cons:

O colchão da cama do quarto 306 já está desgastado, necessita ser trocado. Também, apesar desse quarto ser de categoria luxo, para acessa-lo temos que descer/subir vários degraus de escada.

Estadia em Lisboa, com sempre, bem aproveitada!
Pros:

O café da manhã é maravilhoso e a funcionária brasileira que nos atendeu no dia 23/03 era muito solicita e simpática, lamento ter esquecido o nome dessa profissional para elogia-la nominalmente.

Cons:

O colchão da cama já está um pouco desgastado. O quarto, apesar ser de categoria luxo, tínhamos que descer escada para acessa-lo.

La habitacion,
Muy amplia, solicite cama extra grande y cumplio con lo solicitado.

Cons:

El desayuno mejorable,
el segundo dia coincidimos mucha gente a la vez y faltaban tazas, basos para el zumo, etc

Overall, I did like this place, especially its location and staff.
Pros:

Great location! The receptionist when we checked in was lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Cons:

There was mold in the bathrooom, no bathroom fan (hence the mold) and the half-shower door caused the bathroom floor to be soaked after showering.

Lisbon was ideal for our journey to Porto and Santander and ferry to Uk
Pros:

Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. Good location to see Lisbon.

Cons:

Nothing …..great place for an overnight stay en route from The Algarve to Porto.

A great place to stay in a quiet area of Lisbon
Pros:

It was an excellent place to stay to be close to the centre of Lisbon but in a quieter area with some great places to eat and with the metro just a minute or so away from the Hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They were very kind to us and went above and beyond.
