Pros:

Comfy adjustable electric beds and huge room with lovely big bath and bathroom. Lots of complimentary snacks & drinks.

Cons:

Location was a long way from anywhere and close to the train tracks but not station. Strange setup for checking in....but eventually we worked it out.

楽しめた！
Pros:

内装やら、アメニティも凄く充実していたが、カラオケを楽しみにしてたが、UGAだったのが少し残念でした。露天風呂のTVもほとんど操作できなくて、あまり見ることが出来なかった。
それ以外は本当にいいホテルでした！

Pros:

ラブホテルですがビジネスホテルとして使用はとても良いです。朝食はビジネスホテルの様にはいきませんが、十分でした。
部屋もお風呂も広く、出入りも自由なので最高でした。次もまた使います。

この２点に問題があると、
どんなにサービス自体が
素晴らしくとも
全体評価は下がります。

初日のチェックイン時に
対応されたフロントの方が
（年配の女性）
あまりにも高圧的過ぎました。
正直サービス業の
接客じゃないなと感じました。

他社のラブホテルやリゾートホテルは、
一人利用のビジネスパーソン対策も
上手く出来ているところが多い印象です。
（連泊時の
都度チェックイン＆
チェックアウト問題など）
カップル利用者と女子会利用者、
一人でのビジネスパーソン利用者では
当然ニーズが異なりますので、
それぞれに合わせた
対策を講じているのでしょう。
単純にここのホテルは
それが出来ていないんだな、
という感想です。

ホテル自体の使い心地は良く、
食事も美味しかったので
そこが残念でした。

フロントの対応が悪い人がいた
Pros:

ホテル自体はサービスも充実していて良かった。
3泊4日で予約したのだが、2日目朝外出時に、15時まで入れないと言われて、トラブルになった。荷物は置きっ放しになってるのに、チェックインの10時から、チェックアウトの15時の間は入れないと言われた。
何のための3泊4日の予約？
結果滞在できる事になったが、凄く不愉快な思いをした。

ホテル自体は不満は有りませんが、当日にてメンバー割引してくれるので、料金が割安になりました。先払いすると割安料金前で請求されますので、結局は安くなく、某CMの様に損な気分になりました。

advertised as a normal albeit adults only hotel we booked in for 3 nights. Transpired it’s essentially a short stay love hotel.It would seem that users of this type of hotel are buzzed in and out of the room by staff behind the scenes, communication by in house telephone. Staff however spoke no English making the process a little difficult. After some discussion we managed to get a key allowing us to come and go as we pleased.
It’s a Vegas type hotel, massive rooms with amazing and confusing coloured lights,
