Exceptional customer service
Pros:

We went with my mother and 2 kids.. the staff was very welcoming , always with a smile.. special thanks to Renisa from fo , she was so kind and polite, she was amazing with my kids.. at the end of the staycation they were so fond of her..she gave them goodies... overall loved the stay..

Pros:

Everything was so perfect, the location, food and staff.. I am such an outdoorsy person but I slept back and ordered room service because I loved staying in.

Shoutout to the amazing crew Sandhya, Sheil , Purva, Arpit, Likhil, Thomas et al.

Perfectly fine
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff. Room was available even though we got there very early

Cons:

Does not serve alcohol which is not a problem but it wasn’t advertised anywhere as a “dry” hotel.
Also, I think that in the evening an à la carte option would be preferable to a buffet.

Definitely not going to stay here again.

The location was good.

Cons:

The rooms were old and not same as shown in the picture.
The staff was not helpful and co-operative. We ordered tea in the room , The staff informed us that the payment is not possible at the time of check out so we paid at the same time, He didn’t had change so he informed us he will bring us change . We stayed for 2 days, He never came back with change and when we informed reception they had no idea who was the staff and what has to be returned. Surprisingly they had no record of bill and payment also. The staff at Reception was not even helpful, They sort all this at the day of check out.
