Thomas and Reniza were very helpful and made us feel special
Food was subpar, they served the previous nights chinese food for next day breakfast and nothing was fresh. Coffee tasted like mud. The staff Melvin was quite rude.

Stay
Prices and location
The EV charging facility is still not functional, same as during my previous stay 3 months ago. This is disappointing.
Also, the water flow at the washbasin is very slow and needs immediate attention.
Kindly address these issues at the earliest.
It was very peaceful and comfortable trip Radisson they always welcome us with warm smiles and it feels like home thanks Receptionist Diksha and her great team Ghrishna and Anandita for making stay amazing
Good amenities, largely comfortable stay. Front desk and housekeeping staff were polite. Restaurant (Gallery Cafe) was good
1. Requested the property from about 4 days in advance for an early check in (by 3 hours) and a crib for my newborn. Despite messaging them multiple times and calling them, there was zero response from anyone at Radisson. Finally at check-in, we got them both but their unresponsiveness prevented me from planning better ahead of time.
2. The crib was very poor in quality and had a very thin, hard and uneven surface. To make it usable, I had requested for extra linens which they said they would give. Then they just went radio silent. About 10 Calls from the room to the reception went unanswered and my newborn who was dozing off couldn’t be put in the crib because of this delay. Finally I had to go down to the reception and remind them again…10 mins after which I got the extra linens. Same thing happened when I’d asked for some extra water bottles.
Even though the front desk staff were polite when spoken to…they were far from being prompt which one would expect out of a 5 star brand like Raddison. This was disappointing, especially considering how much we paid for the room
