Clean and friendly staff. Room was available even though we got there very early
Does not serve alcohol which is not a problem but it wasn’t advertised anywhere as a “dry” hotel.
Also, I think that in the evening an à la carte option would be preferable to a buffet.

My Stay was for an Business Travel. The Ambience, Front Desk Staff, Cleanliness, etc... was just amazing
The location was good.
The rooms were old and not same as shown in the picture.
The staff was not helpful and co-operative. We ordered tea in the room , The staff informed us that the payment is not possible at the time of check out so we paid at the same time, He didn’t had change so he informed us he will bring us change . We stayed for 2 days, He never came back with change and when we informed reception they had no idea who was the staff and what has to be returned. Surprisingly they had no record of bill and payment also. The staff at Reception was not even helpful, They sort all this at the day of check out.

Had a good stay and comfortable one. Ms Renisa and the reception team assisted well as part of my stay for smooth check in
We had attended an event at Radisson , Midc. The place is very well maintained, good decor, amazing vibe and impecabble Hospitality.
Staff is very well groomed. The food served was superb .
Special mention Chef pramod..Harshad and Kriti fnb executive for the care and concern during our short stay at the property.
