Proximity to airport.

Cons:

Services can be better. Reception staff is very good and helpful. However on my first day, i called in-room dining multiple times but no one answered and left message is reception also about same.

fast stay, clean rooms but be aware no alchol in this hotel.
Pros:

La colazione era buona ed abbondante e ricca di varianti. Il posto è vicino ai due aeroporti e quindi comodo per scali e incontri nella zoan di Andheri. Per il resto intorno non ce molto da fare.. Non è propriamante direi un 5 stelle.

Cons:

La cosa sorprendente è che l'hotel è ha una politicha di NO ALCHOL. il che vuol dire no bar e neanche una birra nel minibar. Questa è una cosa che dovrebbe essere espliciatata per consientire di valutare questa scelta obbligata che non è proprioa di un hotel a 5 stelle che dovrebbe dare le opzioni al pubblico.

Pros:

Staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. All the door staff, front desk, cleaning, consigage, waiters.

I have a few names but my appreciation goes to all of them.. Rashmi, Diksha, Renisa, Anandita.

The bathroom & shower was lovely.

The breakfast was tasty too.

Cons:

The location was alittle our of the way from amenities.
