NOT YOUR NORMAL HOTEL EXPERIENCE
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by amazing smiles at the front desk! We have been incredibly impressed by the work staff’s attentiveness and dedication to keeping the facility clean! Lacey is a terrific manager, and we have felt at home during our stay here!

This is how the hospitality industry should work!
Pros:

Location good. Rooms were clean and minimalistic in look no carpet. Felt like my cats were welcome. That is not always the case. Beds were on the firm side and blankets were thin.
There was someone above us with their TV really loud about 3am. The nice girl at the desk did everything she could to get them to turn it down for an hour- went up there, called cell, called room. So we didn’t get much sleep. Talked to Blake the next morning. He was wonderful, made everything right. We will be staying in this chain again.

Pros:

Staff are always kind and helpful! Rooms are comfortable. The lobby is spacious, has lots of seating options, and a pool table!

Great amenities, but not worth the risk of ending up in the emergency room from a brown recluse bite.
Pros:

Love the shampoo and conditioner and body wash they provide for you. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like finding a clump of black curly hair sitting on the drain and without having glasses on, was stepped on and thought I touched an animal. I also did not like finding a brown recluse in the room while traveling with service animals.

Enjoyed the fresh made yogurt! Breakfast was presented with attendant who kept all Clean!!

The pay was decent, but I wasn't comfortable sleeping on the stilt bed with a hard mattress.

Pros:

My wife, two kids and I stayed at Tru in Amarillo. Blake helped us get into a room super fast and made my two little kids very comfortable. Thank you!
