Lacey is a rockstar! Her service and response time is second to none. She honored her word and I did not have to follow up with her. Will stay and book with Tru Amarillo West in the future all because of her great service!

Cons:

Bill was incorrect called property and said incidental appeared on my pending charge and would not be on final charge. The pending charge also did match email do we will see if corrected. Also said I could get a copy when u checked out because it was third party. First time in all my booking.com stays. If not corrected could jeopardize future booking.com usage

Pros:

Coffee was watered down and lukewarm. Breakfast was limited.

Cons:

Didn’t realized it was a Pet friendly hotel. Wouldn’t have picked it if I knew it was Noticeably stains trekking onto my bed every time I got on the bed.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in a long time.
Pros:

Everything. On our cross country road trip, this was the best place we stayed. We showed up late and the lot was entirely full, and the girls at the desk were about to change shifts, some went out and moved her car so we could park. The bed was more comfortable than my memory foam with down topper at home, the shower had excellent pressure and it didn’t melt your skin if you turned the handle a mm to far. It was clean, quiet, and in a safe area. I don’t know what else I could have asked for.

Cons:

That I only stayed here on my eastbound leg of our trip, and missed out on the westbound leg.

Great experience! Great hotel!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Tru by Hilton Amarillo West. The hotel was extremely clean and had a fresh, minimalist modern design that made everything feel bright and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire property was spotless.

Great location with easy on/off access to the interstate. Bright, modern aesthetic and immaculate.

Breakfast bar was good although they could use a little more help to keep things stocked during busier hours. It had a great selection, and we loved the 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station—such a nice touch after a long day of traveling. It’s also pet-friendly, which is always a huge plus. The only negative observation is that rooms are not designed for those that are shorter in stature. The shower head adjustment is very high and the only location to hang clothes is a bar that’s at least 7’ off the ground. It was fine for me (5’9”) but my SIL Is 5’2” and wasn’t able to reach this bar.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely personable. They made the whole experience even better. Natasha and Melinda at the front desk were remarkable

Overall, a fantastic stay. We would absolutely choose this hotel again when visiting Amarillo.
