Pros:

The hotel is situated in the center of Tokyo, next to the train station. From there, you can easily explore the most important parts of the city. The rooms are quiet, and the staff were extremely nice. It was good value for money.

Cons:

The rooms are very small. But this matters only if you plan to spend plenty of time in the room. Luckily for me, that wasn't the case. The bed and the sheets are not the most comfortable ones.
