예약미스 체크인 거부 후 사과·환불 없이 ‘정상 투숙 완료’ 처리
Cons:

객실 5개를 예약·결제했지만 현장에서는 “1객실 5인 예약”이라며 체크인이 거부되어 실제로 투숙하지 못했습니다.
그럼에도 이후에는 정상 투숙 완료로 처리되었고, 자료 제시 없이 책임을 예약자와 사이트 측으로 전가했습니다.
실제 미투숙 상태임에도 사과나 환불 조치는 현재까지 이루어지지 않았습니다.

Pros:

The cleaning lady was really nice and helped us in anything that she could even though she only spoke Korean

Cons:

There was no one in reception when we tried to do the check-in and we did not know how to access our room. The cleaning lady helped us in the end, but it would have been nive to have some guidance

Pros:

全州国際映画祭の際に利用しました。早朝のバスに乗る必要があったので、バスターミナルから近くて助かりました。フロントの方は親切で、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。

No good value for money
Pros:

The mager was super kind

Cons:

The bed and pillows were horrible and the curtain (more a screen actually) didn’t block all light so we woke up early after a terrible night’s sleep due to those pillows. Quite pricey for this location as well, a ten minute drive from the center of Jeonju.
