nothing

Cons:

they don’t update their website so if you book under 21 but over 18 you still can’t check in so they will send you to the streets. they outsource their calls so the people who answer the phones don’t have up to date information and they end up sending you on a wild goose chase with no place to stay. bad business model, they clearly don’t care about the people that would be booking/ staying with them they only care about the people who have to hundreds of thousands of dollars to give.

Worst sevices ever from after hours staff but the hotel itself was clean and nice
Pros:

Clean good value and nice location

Cons:

Bad service from after hours staff i waited 2 and a half hours to get into my room that i already paid for i arrived at 1150 pm and did not get into my room until 215 am all of the emergency contact number where not good ringing and going to voicemail phone in lobby just rings i tried to get a refund they would not refund my money

All in all pretty good
Pros:

No continental breakfast but I was able to cook my own French toast in my room and I appreciate that as well as the full size refrigerator

Cons:

Only thing better they want you to smoke outside but hotels usually have a bunch of cheer for people to smoke a little gazebo that's what's necessary

The beddings are bathroom clean

Cons:

The corridor smells of a strange smell and the lift matainance expired in April since last year March no maintenance has been done on the lift it makes a lot of noise while moving it stops on 3rd floor Everytime it moves up or down without anyone pressing. The lady I met at the reception was rude she gave me the key to my door and then I asked her which floor is it instead of responding she asked me is the number not written on the card mind you it's written 3digits and the room could be anywhere I told her yes I see the room number but what floor is it.... The bed mattress is poor hurt my back it's wobbly not firm.
