Very underwhelming
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Our room door went out for 3 hours we had to wait until someone came and broke the door in for us to get in our room Sunday night. My wife and 2 kids were exhausted from the day with relatives. It was a terrible experience to say the least

We have always been happy at Home2 Suites until we stayed at this location.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast had very little to offer and not good at all compared to other Home2 Suites we have stayed at in the past. Our room was not clean and no doors closed for privacy. The door going from kitchenette to bathroom wouldn’t close correctly or lock. The barn door from bedroom to bathroom wouldn’t stay closed at all. And the door from the bedroom to the living area had a lock on the wrong side of the door. Very disappointed

The room was big and had everything we needed

Cons:

The elevator was out and we were on the second floor. All three of us are over 65 and it was a struggle to get our suitcases up the stairs There was a sweet girl at the desk that said she would help us but she had other people coming in and we just did it ourselves

After the difficult check-in process, it was a beautiful stay.

The check-in process was hectic because the bookings.com and Home2Suites systems had issues communicating, so I had to wait for a long time just to check-in. Very hectic.
