O café da manhã tem bastante variedade e as coisas são saborosas.
A cama e o chuveiro são ótimos.
As instalações são novas e em bom estado de conservação.

Os quartos são pequenos.
Não oferecem toalha de rosto.
Tinha um único sabonete em barras disponível, sendo que a reserva era para um casal.
O check-in é muuuito lento. Enviam um link antes para preencher os dados, com a informação de que seria só chegar e pegar a chave. Mas levou mais de 20min para fazermos o check-in, sendo que não tinha ninguém na nossa frente.
Estávamos em 3 casais. Embora tivessem 3 funcionárias no balcão da recepção, apenas uma estava fazendo check-in.
Apesar do café da manhã ser muito saboroso, o serviço é péssimo. Não sei se tem poucos funcionários, mas as mesas ficam sujas por horas. Não tinham mesas limpas para sentarmos. Tivemos que recolher pratos sujos e limpar por conta uma mesa para conseguirmos tomar café. Diversos outros hóspedes tiveram que fazer a mesma coisa.
Demoram para repor as comidas e as louças. Por bastante tempo não tinham nem pratos disponíveis, por exemplo.
Pelo preço da acomodação, esperava um serviço muito melhor.
