Terrible. Host was late, not hospitable , keeps calling me even after i left the unit for more money. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The unit was cockroach infested heavily. When brought to his attention he just said its normal in the Philippines. They need to shut down this business. Hotel.com should stay away from this rental condo. Location was very good though. Left the unit after a week with painful experience and painful cockroach bites. Also, cookwares are not fit for human use; severe wear and tear on teflon and aluminum on pans so bad i would not feed my dog on it. I’m not exaggerating. But if I would not speak up, maybe nobody will.

Unpleasant stay!!
Pros:

Every day people will knock or call you because they are looking for someone. Very annoying!!! You won’t get a restful stay on this place.

Pros:

I enjoyed the view from the room! The room was cozy, but perhaps a new couch or foton would make it alittle more comfortable while viewing TV. Perhaps a light over the mirror in bathroom would improve the lighting while preparing makeup/ shaving. We felt very secure with the amount of security! The staff was very welcoming!
