The water pressure was bad, had to refill the toilet paper and tissue paper. The gym equipment was dusty and looked like rust in the gears.

I paid for an earlier arrival then I found out Girl was not supposed to pay me or charge me and then they put somebody else’s charge on my credit card. Then our keys wouldn’t work so we had to come back down others had to do the same because their keys is not working. The girl that checked us in we got there early and she said they were too busy last night. They’re not ready. She did not look at bat she did not smile. She continued on the computer. She did not acknowledges at all. Did not say I’m sorry for any inconvenience did not say hello. We had to walk up to her very unfriendly.

My stay was booked on 7/10 for 7/16. Got to the hotel around 8:40 pm traveling from Houston. Went to check-in, and was told my booking number already showed checked-in. I told her that was impossible as I just got there. She asked me if I had the right hotel, I told her yes, she asked me my first name, my ID, to confirm the booking # and the # of days I booked the room. I provided her with the requested information and the room was for only 1 DAY. She checked again to realize that they gave MY booked room to another person with the "same booking # and last name as mine". I asked her if it was fraud and she said it wasn't, because the first names which was "Blanche" was different and they booked for 3 DAYS and it looked like they had a booking # similar to mine. She then said she had to call the owner to verify what to do and asked if I could have a seat. I waited for approximately 12 minutes and she said she is able to get me into another room, but she would have to treat it as a walk-in reservation for the same room and price versus my booked reservation. She asked me what floor I wanted to be on 2nd, 3rd or 4th (which told me, that me waiting for 12 minutes for another room was unnecessary). Too tired to go deeper, I was still trying to figure out how is it they checked my ID to confirm booking, but yet they gave my room to another person because they had the same last name and similar booking #. I told her it didn't matter, I just drove in from Houston and was tired. I then asked her which one would be the most private and she said the 4th floor and put me in room 401. This was the worst room I've ever stayed in and should be removed from the room list. There were cracks in the wall and ceiling, water damage in the various parts of ceiling and the curtain over the A/C was stained with I hope was not mold. I was too tired to ask for another room and stayed.

the customer service was excellent but when I arrived to my room 418, from the looks of it, it was clean. As I'm in the bathroom I noticed that there were ant on the floor. I did not pay it no more mind because I just seen a couple of them. My partner went in after me an got ready to sit on the toilet and the toilet seat came completely off, which she almost fell into the toilet! NOT OKAY. our TV did not work either. I woke up the next morning to find ants all over my clothes I had sitting in the chair by the bed. I had ant bites on my toes also.
