Pros:

Bad service. I request in room dine in service with receptionist, they replied there will be a call to me to take an order but I had to wait for 30 min. Pool was bad quality. The room had crack on wall. Unacceptable experience

I actually booked this room on behalf of my dad. He was very happy with the breakfast and commented that he liked the variety of dishes on offer. The staff were also really helpful. The receptionists were friendly and easy to talk with while the waiters in the restaurant and cafe were always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make the guests happy

A really lovely hotel to stay at, around an hours drive from Ho Chi Minh city. Lovely large rooms. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast has a large variety of choices - pho for breakfast was a bonus. Beautiful pool and gym area. At the time we stayed there weren't too many guests as there isn't a lot to do in the area but it is perfect if your husband is off working in the area and you come to just relax.
