The place was trash, unsafe, dirty, and would fail any safety inspection.

This property was good and easy enough to use. The beds aren't great, and some things were a little run down seeming, but communication was easy, there was lots of space, and it was nicely situated to walk to downtown or the south congress area.

The townhouse looks exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and well maintained. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Definitely recommend staying here

The apartment smelled like trash and mold.

Pretty good location. the place was fine but needs a refresh. No toaster, but when I reached out one was provided very quickly which was nice. The AC air vent in one bedroom is right above the bed so not ideal to have AC blowing directly on your head while you sleep. The apartment was superficially clean but needs a good deep clean and a bit of paint would be nice.

I was amazed at how easy it was to check in virtually. The staff communicated with me via text the entire stay. I had two guests for four hours and got charged $35 each for parking, which I thought was a little unfair. If they had spent the night, I would have gotten it.

My stay was great. The property was nice and clean. The only down fall for me was that there were only 2 pans for cooking. I wouldve like to have a few more pans. Other than that i loved my stay

Great location, easy check-in, and great communication.

We experienced issues with a clogged drain in the bathroom sink upon arrival which unfortunately wasn’t fixed before we left, however management was quick to respond to our call. The downstairs bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we arrived with hairs still on and around the toilet, the heating downstairs didn’t work either.

Good location. Address provided by Sonder takes you (google and Apple Maps) to the wrong place. The home was clean, yard and exterior needs TLC. However, cheap furniture and broken closet door felt a little run down.

Great location, plenty of space in the 2BR, quiet location and good parking. Exterior could use some work, but great value for sure.

Quiet and safe

The interior and exterior was badly worn out. The balcony out back and the wood soffit was rotted out and had a lot of water damage. The wood fence was also falling apart and in disrepair. Lots of spider webs on light fixtures which was strange. This is in a great location but on a VERY busy street and you can hear the heavy car traffic day and night. The bed was comfortable

Need two soaps not one

The property is in deplorable condition. I took many photos. Lots of water issues, and some a person with allergies had a hard time staying in the unit; we suspect it could be mold. There was also a light pole down in the parking lot creating extremely hazardous conditions.

Sonder rebooked our property the day we we’re supposed to arrive. After 3 HOURS on hold and trying to get in contact with hotels.com and Sonder we were finally told there was no unit for us and they’d have to find a replacement. Instead of checking in at 4 we weren’t able to check in anywhere until almost 8 pm and it wasn’t even our original booking. Absolutely ridiculous.

My daughter liked the toiletries, laundry detergent, and the olive oil provided in the kitchen. The house was spacious, and the upstairs befrooms had a lot of natural light. The building was a little worn, but overall the unit was good for the price.
