Personalen, speciellt Kim och Yen var mycket hjälpsamma under hela vår vistelse och detta gjorde vistelsen väldigt trevl
Pros:

Väldigt bra läge, lätt att få hjälp av personalen och rummen var jättefina inklusive badrum

Cons:

Det var jobbigt när människor i grannrummet började prata väldigt högt klockan halv sex på morgonen. Lite tydliga regler för gäster när det gäller tider vore bra.

It was a great stay! I’d book again if I go there!
Pros:

Very clean, great location for walking to night market and Xuân Hương lake! Also, great breakfast with different varieties! Kim Phương chef’s food was tasty and she was very sweet when serving us!

Cons:

There was no AC but I expected due to its location.

Pros:

Le personnel est plein d'attentions. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix asiatiques, mais des oeufs cuits sur place.
Nous retournerons avec plaisir à cet hôtel.

Correct, privilégier un court séjour
Pros:

Le parking, l’emplacement et la propreté.

Cons:

L’insonorisation n’est pas top, le personnel est moqueur, on nous a fait payer des bouteilles d’eau alors qu’on nous les as indiquées comme gratuites. C’est dommageable pour l’expérience client. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres.
