Disappointing.
Pros:

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. In particular, Kim. He was great 👍

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. You couldn't get a boiled egg from the egg station. The selection was poor, the coffee was yuk, and the staff were rude.
No air conditioning in the 'VIP' room, only a pedestal fan.

Wouldn’t stay here again due to hot humid weather and no aircon facilities besides a fan which was almost useless

Staff very helpful and nice especially receptionist Nhi and security Phong.

Clean , room specious, staff friendly, helpful

Cons:

Taking money straight away from account after booking . Not allow changing mind , change or alter the date.
Bed is too hard with soft pillows . I can not to have a good sleep
