Pros:

Localisation was excellent. 15min walk from the city center and only 2min from the lake. The room was very clean.

Cons:

- No fridge
- Small bed
- We thought we had access to the parking of the hotel, however, once we arrived, we were told that the parking was full and that we had to book the parking before arrival. It was unclear to us. We thus had to park the car in a public parking.
- The room was small overall

Nice small boutique style hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable
Pros:

The check in was easy, room was nice, fridge and kettle in the room, room was clean and roomy, location was perfect for access to the lake, about 15mins to the centre, restaurant on site but not open every day, the restaurant on the opposite corner was very good, there were also some restaurants and a local shop behind the hotel.
Breakfast in the hotel was 15 euro each, normal european choices, eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, some cereals, juices etc.
Parking if you want to park at the hotel is 15euro a night, they only have 4 spaces, it has to be booked in advance, in peak season you will pay to park everywhere else, use the app to book, it's free 6pm - 9am, you cannot book 9 - 6pm, so break it in two, wait for the session to expire then book the second session, it was about 7,50 euro a day, plenty on parking and you can get pretty close to the hotel.

Cons:

Waterproof mattress protector, makes sleeping very warm, easily removed, I understand their purpose and if that is the only criticism of the hotel I would still book it on location alone.

Good stay in a hotel in a good location, just be careful of car thieves.
Pros:

Location to the Lake is very good. The food at the restaurant was delightful.

Cons:

They only have 5 parking spaces and so we parked at a local car park. Our car was broken into and a bag stolen. If you google, this is fairly common in Annecy. Staff should have warned us. When I reported they just said “that’s unusual” and offered no assistance. The police need to sort this out or the council needs to instal CCTV.

Een heel geslaagde vakantie in een zeer goed hotel en in een schitterende omgeving.
Pros:

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
De kamer was klein (het waren dan ook zolderkamers), maar het bed was prima, de badkamer modern en aangenaam
en de airco ( het was buiten 33°!) deed het prima. Iedere dag werden kamer en badkamer onderhouden.
Het restaurant was uitstekend. Wel rekening houden dat het niet iedere dag open is. Maar er zijn alternatieven in de buurt.
Opvallend: de prijzen van de restaurants zijn erg schappelijk. We probeerden verschillende restaurants, ook in het centrum van Annecy, en concludeerden dat we voor dat geld in onze thuisstad (klein stadje in Vlaanderen) niet veel op ons bord zouden krijgen. Idem voor drankjes.
Ook de ligging van het hotel was perfect: op 5 min te voet van een strand en op 20min wandelen langs het meer naar de stad via een mooie esplanade met schitterende bomen en parken. Ook zijn er, buiten de mooie stad, voldoende mogelijkheden voor uitstappen en ontspanning.

Cons:

Het ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gemogen. Op een bepaalde dag waren er nieuwe gasten aangekomen en konden ze de bevoorrading zelfs niet bijhouden. Of was er wat weinig personeel? In ieder geval: dat kan iets beter voor 15,00€ per dag per persoon.
Ook wat minder: er is een parking tegenover het hotel, maar je moet zorgen dat je tijdig gaat bijbetalen. Ook erg complexe betaaltoestellen. Ik heb geregeld andere toeristen moeten assisteren.
