Amazing hotel close to the Alhambra
Pros:

It was an amazing hotel. Very clean and well located. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants making it a perfect location. The best part is that after you see the alhambra you can take a 10 mins stroll down the hill and you are in your hotel. The staff was amazing as well. Overall a great experience.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, central et facilement accessible en transports en commun. La chambre est spacieuse avec une vue sur l’Alhambra. Le jacuzzi est le point fort. Ils proposent également la garde des bagages après le check-out, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié ^^

Great hotel but not a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern with an excellent location. I have no issues with the facilities.

Cons:

That said the staff didn’t seem to enjoy what they were doing. Service was perfunctory and transactional. My next hotel in contrast had wonderful service. I felt welcome and valued.
