Cons:

I booked a room and got a call before I arrived. The hotel stated that the price of the room was way higher than what I paid.
I had a confirmed booking and was told that I need to pay 800% more. They ruined my weekend. They made a mistake in the pricing and decided to screw me over, by telling me not to show up for my reservation. I have never seen such thing in my live. Never set foot in this place.

In the winter, especially when there is a wind, the problem is that only one of the pools is indoor, and that one is relatively small. There are two outdoor pools, relatively warm, but they cannot be accessed from inside. The same goes for the two jakusis, outside as well. The spa area is decent, as well as the fitness area. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide choice of well-prepared food.
