In its current state, not close to being a 5* hotel but it has so much potential to be brilliant
Pros:

- The hotel has a brilliant location at the top of the park, the views are outstanding. Tip - of you want to walk within the park use the gate beside the child’s play area rather than the main set of steps outside reception
- The swimming pools and general outdoor area are great with a decent choice for kids / adults or just to relax
- The spa centre is good
- Our room was clean so well done to the housekeeping staff who do a good job

Cons:

Generally the standards within the hotel are quite low. I’ll say now this doesn’t really bother me but for a hotel charging €200 a night and claiming to be 5* should be better

Some basics that could be immediately improved with minimal cost are:

- You only get complimentary water on the first day and it isn’t replaced….
- You are not allowed free water in the restaurant in the evening (!)
- The young staff are frequently talking together or looking at their phones
- They wear trainers and walk around with shirts untucked
- Baby tables not cleaned from the night before???
- Building materials and ladders left on the terrace during dinner
- Staff smoking outside reception or within hotel grounds when working
- Electrical box left open in the kids play area???

Other areas to improve at a cost

- the bathrooms are very dated and more like a 3* hotel
- we lost hot water in the room at least twice
- Things like lamp shades are straight from 1970
- The pillows are low quality, would advise bringing your own
- Adjusting the room temperature made no difference, certainly no air conditioning available

Food into the restaurant was nice

Cons:

The water pump was failier! No one let me know when I check in! Nobody offer sort of alternative. You have to try to improve this sort of behavier!

Cons:

Επειδή ερχόμαστε εδώ εδώ και πολλά χρόνια, διαπιστώνουμε ότι φτάνει η ώρα ανακαίνισης και εκσυγχρονισμού των εγκαταστάσεων του και του εξοπλισμού τους ( δωμάτια, κοινόχρηστοι χώροι κλπ)
