Situé sur une aire d’autoroute : c’est très bien pour une halte rapide en cours de voyage.
Stationnements faciles et possibilité de manger sur place : c’est pratique.

Cons:

Le ménage n’était pas impeccable (100e la nuit pour 2) et la literie très ferme.
Cela manque également d’une fenêtre à hauteur.

Breakfast! Terrible. It should not be a paid option as no breakfast is available only cakes and coissants. There was neither continental or cooked breakfast available. Staff were surly and unhelpful. You also have to take a
Peage ticket to access the hotel and pay for the privilege.

por culpa de una persona que en la cafeteria,(de pelo amarillo) cuando llegue que me costo mucho llegar, andábamos perdidos, y llegamoa a la cafeteria, y esta señora nos dijo " nooo, aqui no hay ningun hotel¡¡¡, por no conocer, nos fuimos en busca del hotel. Perdimos mas de hora y media perdidos buscando¡ y al final SI, era, ese engaño nos costo muy caro, y malos ratos (además gasolina)y de una persona trabajando en la cafetería.casi nos devolvimos a casa.
Por fin después del pésimo mal rato nos encontramos en el hotel con KORINA, un cambio de persona espectacular, muy comunicativa, excelente para darnos explicaciones, Korina GRACIAS¡ por tu amabilidad, asi deberian ser las personas de hotel. saludos a Korina.

Cons:

Very difficult to find hotel. Location at rear of motorway services at a junction.
Its primary function seemed to serve coach loads of spanish tourists for breakfast.
Our dog struggled to go down the slippery tiled staircase from our room.

Conveniente, a buena distancia entre Bilbao y Vitoria. Limpio y conveniente para un par de noches

Muy buena opción para alojarse cerca de los parques naturales de Gorbeia y Urkiola
Pros:

El personal maravilloso y muy profesional, camas muy cómodas, muy limpio, varios enchufes para cargar móvil, luces en las mesillas, aparcamienro muy cómodo, sin ruidos y en pleno parque natural de Gorbeia y cerca del parque de Urkiola si lo que quieres es hacer senderismo. Precio razonable. Ahh y tiene aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Lioso para acceder desde la autopista. Un poco cara la caferería.

Room was excellent. Staff were helpfull. Food did not meet advertised standard.

The room was very clean and contained the beds and facilities required.

Cons:

There were a number of flies in the room when we arrived. This was the same in the restaurant which we accept could have been an act of nature.
Our main complaint was that the staff appeared to have no knowledge of the advertised "Good breakfast" for £5. A toasted bread bun and a cup of coffee for more than £5 was not acceptable and very disappointing. Whilst not the end of the world it was embarrassing for the staff and gave us a feeling of mistrust in internet adverts and bookings.
