Friendly personal . Room not bad .
Pros:

Front desk lady at checking on
Dec 24 pm shift . Very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of an issue for us . It took a long time with no reason . It was confusing the whole process with the lady server . She was friendly but missing lots of things as a server . Again you need to hired a second person to prevent issues delivering the food , delays , ultimately customer service . 20 % included must be done it on a more elevated manner.
