La atención de Don Claudio y su voluntad de resolver los inconvenientes. Me envió un calefactor más al apartamento.
La ubicación del apart es perfecta para caminar por la playa, varios restaurantes y cafés cerca.

Cons:

Mi experiencia con el servicio de desayuno fue muy decepcionante. El personal se preocupó constantemente de limpiar las mesas que estaban alrededor de nosotros, pero nunca de atender nuestro pedido.

Esperamos entre 20 y 25 minutos, y durante todo ese tiempo lo único que recibimos fue un vaso de jugo. Finalmente, decidí hacer el check-out e irme del hotel. A solo una cuadra encontré un lugar para desayunar, donde en menos de cinco minutos ya nos habían servido el café.

Lo más llamativo es que había tres personas atendiendo el salón y, aun así, clientes que llegaron después de nosotros fueron atendidos antes.

En ningún momento discutí con el personal ni les falté el respeto, ni antes ni después de retirarme. Sin embargo, esta experiencia fue tan mala que, solo por el servicio de desayuno, no volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Agradable para el precio-calidad
Pros:

El personal fue siempre muy amable y dispuesto a prestar ayuda en lo que necesitáramos. Otra cosa muy buena del del apart hotel es que aceptan perros, sin condición de tamaño. El desayuno estuvo bien. La ubicación es muy buena y tiene estacionamiento con entrada 24/7 (entregan un control remoto del portón).

Cons:

Falta mantención en las piezas. En nuestro caso, el baño tenía muchos detalles que mejorar: la ducha estaba rota, la taza del baño la veces no llenaba el estanque. Las camas y las almohadas no son muy cómodas. La limpieza diaria puede mejorarse también.
