I dont know from where to start :) Siem Reap was such a magical place to me and my stay at Viroth's made the experience more unforgettable :) Responsive and attentive staff, clean room, peaceful facility and nice breakfast. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable at their place.
Even though I arrived late after 8 pm, they arranged my trip to Angkor Wat for the next morning, prepared a breakfast to take with me to the site and even provided mosquito repellent :) I caught the sunrise at Angkor Wat that morning. The TukTuk driver they arranged helped me to visit every single site in the area for three days. They prepared a takeaway coffee and pastry for me every morning. I was exhausted and spent a full day in my room to rest after three-days of non-stop site discovering. The room and ambience of the hotel served for this very well, and I'd already pull up my all energy by the evening :)
I saw, many people complained about the alacart menu for the breakfast; but I found it well, especially for food safety. Siem Reap, especially in March and April, is very very hot and humid. You wouldn't want a buffet stain in the heat. Also, an open buffet would kill the ambience as well. The eating area is next to the pool and very cozy. No one needs that cold resort kind of atmosphere. In addition, I found their approach more environmental friendly, not wasteful and more sustainable. Whatever you order is served fresh. I recommend the dinner as well :)

All the staff were incredibly caring, and we truly felt looked after throughout our time there.
During our stay, an unexpected family emergency came up, so we had to leave the property earlier than planned. Actually, we are in transit. Our situation was handled in a fast, caring professional manner.

We stay in Viroth’s Hotel, as V. villa was close to a construction by the dates.
It is very nice, modern, comfortable hotel.
Swimming pool amazing and great drinks and food.
The staff the best! They provide a great service.
Every time you arrived or left the hotel, they provide fresh towels to refresh your hands, also with mosquito spray.
As our tour was an early pick up, they organize a breakfast box, with delicious food.

This hotel is without doubt one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. And not sure I will ever find another hotel as stunningly beautiful.

A truly magical experience

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit vielen tropischen Pflanzen. Sehr zentral gelegen zwischen dem Fluss und der War bo Street. Supernettes und kompetentes Personal und leckeres Frühstück.

Une expérience incroyable, le personnel est extraordinaire, attentionné et d'une extrême gentillesse. Le déjeuner à la carte est encore une fois incroyable, qualité et fraîcheur des aliments. La chambre est grande et décorée avec goût, ménage impeccable.
Il y a aussi à côté de l'hôtel un petit commerce pour le lavage à 1$ le kilo. La dame ne parle pas anglais mais le personnel de l'hôtel est venu m'assister pour la transaction. En passant, le lavage était parfaitement propre et sentait bon.
On recommande fortement l'hôtel pour sa situation géographique, les chambres et par-dessus tout son personnel incroyable

The staff are wonderful

We stayed for 6 days to explore the Angkor Archaeological Park and Viroth's Villa was a great choice for several reasons:

- Quiet location that is also very close to all amenities

- markets, 7eleven, pharmacy, gym, cafes, restaurants, all within few minutes of walking

- Very attentive staff, making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible

- Tastefully decorated in collaboration with nearby art gallery

- Air conditioned, comfy beds

- Lovely reception area / pool to chill out and have snack / drinks, if you didn't feel like exploring the city

Everything , especially the fantastic staff.

The staff were amazing from the door person to reception to the restaurant/bar. We were treated so well for 3 days! The location was perfect- 5 min walk to main area but yet quiet and away from the noise of the main streets. Breakfast was very good and the cocktails were excellent! This hotel has great ambiance!

We loved this hotel! It’s modern, clean and in a great location - close to everything but still quiet. The breakfast each morning was good (skip the evening menu, there’s plenty of amazing restaurants around for better value) and the pool was lovely. Since there are so few rooms in the hotel the pool was never too busy. We also made use of the Spa and each got a wonderful massage. The room was bright and spacious - we were upgraded on arrival which was greatly appreciated, leaving us with a great view of the pool. We used their airport collection service where the driver was waiting with water and cold towels. All of the staff were fantastic, every single person we interacted with was so pleasant and we were greeted each time we returned with the offer of a cold towel.

Viroth’s Villas is all about style. Without a doubt, our most enjoyable stay in all of Cambodia.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and effortlessly stylish. The pool area is pure class, while the dining and lounge spaces showcase a timeless mid-century aesthetic that gives the whole property a unique charm.
Food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved enjoying cocktails by the pool and in the lounge. A standout touch was the breakfast hamper prepared for our 5am Angkor Wat visit, thoughtful and perfectly executed.
While the architecture and design are stunning, the true highlight is the people. The staff are simply exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Returning from any outing to a refreshing cold towel and friendly conversation made every day feel special.
We absolutely loved our stay at Viroth’s Villas and can’t wait to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
