Uno dei piu bei soggiorni in valle, attenzione al cliente notevole, solo piccole imperfezioni
Pros:

Colazione e cena con assoluta, cortese e superiore attenzione alle necessità del cliente. Personale sempre disponibile e presente anche se, per la stessa ragione, molto indaffarato. Ambienti interni ed esterni ampi agevoli in posizione splendida. Davvero un gioiellino

Cons:

La gestione della piscina, dell'area SPA e della sala bar a volte richiederebbe maggior 'polso' verso alcuni ospiti con abitudini eccessive (in particolar modo uso di capelli in acqua, schiamazzi, ed un episodio di nudo di gruppo in SPA). Nulla di grave naturalmente, magari coincidenza occasionale, ma abbassa la quasi perfezione del resto.

Accoglienza e disponibilità del personale. Zona SPA molto bella. Colazione a buffet decisamente diversificata. Cena abbondante e di buona qualità.

La cena, la struttura, la pulizia, la posizione, la ski room.
Letto molto comodo.

Cons:

La colazione poteva offrire una maggiore scelta.
La porta del bagno è decorata con un vetro molto bello che però lascia passare la luce quando qualcuno usa il bagno di notte, con grande fastidio per chi dorme.
Troppo caldo in camera senza possibilità di variare la temperatura.

Struttura familiare accogliente. Il personale molto gentile e le camere pulite.

Cons:

Se devo trovare un difetto, direi che le camere doppie sono di dimensioni sufficienti. In generale comunque, tutto positivo.
