朝食は満足できました。少量ずつ盛られた副菜は70代の自分に適量でした。会席風なところが良いですね。
朝食としては一寸お高めですが、満足度の方が勝ります。「ごはんにかける餃子」を購入してしまいましたょ。

Pros:

栃木総合文化センターでライブがあり利用しました。
立地もよく、スタッフの方も丁寧な対応をしていただきよかった。

Cons:

建物が若干古めなのか、水回りが綺麗ではあるけど使い古されてるような雰囲気がちょっと気になった。

場所的に飲食店も近くて、値段も安価で良かったです。

出張での宿泊であれば十分だと思いました。
Pros:

リーズナブル（朝食付き1泊で9千円以下）なところです。
部屋のWiFiをPCに接続して仕事が出来ました。
その他必要な装備（テレビ，冷蔵庫 ，湯沸かし器 etc）は整っていました。

Cons:

一人部屋にしては少し狭い気がした。
宇都宮駅から離れている。（徒歩で約20分）
朝は宇都宮駅に向かうバスが頻繁にホテル前の停留所に来るので，問題ない。（バスで約５～10分）
朝食の時間がAM7時からなので，もう少し早くから食事出来るとありがたいです。（例えばAM6:30～）
湯沸かし器が備わっていたので，ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルもあると良かった。
