Wonderful stay
Pros:

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the wellness facilities were amazing! We had breakfast and evening meal and all the food was incredible. The rooms were stylish with very comfy beds. I would love to come back again.

Schönes Hotel mit moderner Einrichtung und gutem Service
Pros:

Wir reisten zu zweit mit den Motorrädern für eine Nacht an. Check-in/out schnell und problemlos, Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit Lift erreichbar, modern eingerichtet, klimatisiert, ruhig, groß und komfortabel. Relativ großes Haus mit entsprechendem Speisesaal und Essen. Schöner Außenpool mit Getränkeservice. Der SPA-Bereich wurde von uns nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Etwa 14 Tage vor Anreise wurden wir vom Hotel angeschrieben. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht sei und angefragt, ob wir stornieren oder einen anderen Zeitraum buchen könnten, was wir verneinten. In den folgenden Tagen wurden wir wiederholt angeschrieben. Drei Tage vor unserer geplanten Ankunft wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass das gebuchte Zimmer nun doch verfügbar sei.

Dejligt hotel med rigtige lækker faciliteter, stort roligt ude område ved den udendørs pool. Super skønt wellness område med 3 x sauna, infrarøde hvilestole, lækker indendørs pool med div. Spa områder. Virkelig lækker morgenmad. Venlig personale. Ligger i lille by med lille supermarked. Hotellet er godt besøgt med det mærker man ikke. Skøn Italiens aftensmad.

We waren niet welkom.
Pros:

Prachtig mooi hotel, mooi gelegen, ruime schone kamers met mooie badkamer, lekker zwembad en heerlijk ontbijt en diner.

We hebben ons helaas nooit welkom gevoeld en dat is het eerste en belangrijkste wat je wilt bij een hotel. In november 2025 hebben speciaal dit hotel geboekt voor onderweg (1 nacht). Tot twee en halve week voor ons vertrek in de zomervakantie van 2026 werden we meerdere keren benadert (telefonisch en per mail), omdat ze een probleem hadden of ze waren overboekt (terwijl wij dit hotel en onze kamer prima konden boeken alleen wel voor 3 nachten). We werden gevraagd om dit hotel zelf te annuleren (via Booking.com) of een andere kamer te accepteren en hebben booking.com ingeschakeld en na hun contact met het hotel waren er geen problemen en konden we gewoon komen op onze kamer. Drie uur voor onze aankomst werden we opnieuw gebeld of we naar een appartement 50m verder op wouden. We kregen filmpjes opgestuurd, maar hebben laten weten graag onze geboekte kamer te willen. Waarop wij te horen kregen dat ze graag een gezin van 4 personen voor 11 nachten op onze kamer wouden hebben en ze maar hoopten dat deze mensen flexibeler zouden zijn dan ons. In de avond aan de bar werden we er ook nog een keer aan herinnerd en verteld dat er een stroomstoring op onze kamer was vandaar dat ze naar een vervangende ruimte hadden gezocht. Erg onduidelijk, niet welkom en financieel waren wij met een vroegtijdig goedkope voor 1 nacht niet aantrekkelijk.
