Stanza (superior) curata e molto pulita.

Personale gentilissimo.

Bene ma non benissimo

La gentilezza dello staff e la colazione abbondante

Cons:

Il comportamento del giovane che gestisce e risponde all'email. Non so se sono stata sfortunata ma a me rispondeva dopo 10 ore circa ed è troppo se una persona deve prenotare e quando gli ho detto che ci aveva fatto perdere la prenotazione a causa del suo ritardo non ha cercato in nessun modo di fare qualcosa per l'accaduto. L'ho trovato poco esperto nel trattamento della soddisfazione del cliente. Questo mi ha infastidito ed è il motivo del mio 6 e del fatto che non siamo andati nella zona wellness abbiamo preferito andare altrove.
