Baskent Demiralan Hotel

The staff were lovely and helpful. Sadly the property needs a great deal of maintenance. Looks great from the outside but there were leaks in the bathroom so wet floors, no hot water, I went to put the chain on the door and the whole side door jam fell off. Bathrooms are very old. Certainly was not value for money with no coffee making facilities and the noise of slamming doors due to an inconsiderate noisy group of guests.

Room clean. Comfortable bed. Poor WiFi. Water only luke-warm even after turning up water heater temperature in bathroom. No bottled water or fridge in room.

Das Hotel ist in einem traurigen Zustand.
Ich habe es wegen des Pools gebucht. Das Wetter war herrlich, aber das Wasser im Pool war ganz schmutzig.

Struttura piuttosto vetusta che avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di ristruttutazione e manutenzione. Comunque le camere sono abbastanza grandi e assolutamente pulite, colazione minimale

the last 3 days no hot water I told the owner and he just said got to run it for 5 minutes but 20 minutes later no hot water
the food portions were very small £6.50 per meal... found other places to eat after the 1st 2 days, much bigger and nice
I asked for a guild on arrival the guild, boss were working out the rate for 3 days ..which come to £450.00 approx very expensive... wouldn't pay that so I just had a taxi for 2 days at £75 approx. but this was not a whole day longest 5 hours felt ripped off after viewing my 1st room which wasn't good mouldy fridge, I pointed this out and got moved to a better room straight away On the up side the taxi guy was nice owner and staff were nice and helpful I did enjoy myself and got the help I needed thank you do some research before you go :}}}}

No problems at check in.
Large and very lean room.
In our room power outlets need repair, also one window, but we did not have any problems.
Quiet surroundings.
Recommended!

very clean and basic hotel but empty in winter, only a space heater to heat the room, which took quite a while. winter was also hard because when i got there at 6 pm, no restaurants nearby or in town were open. big plus tho is how close it is to the ruins.

Es ist ein sehr einfaches Hotel für einfache Anprüche zum kleinen Preis.
Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Ortes zwischen den beiden "Sehenswürdigkeiten". Der Andrang zum Hotel hält sich doch sehr in Grenzen, sodass ich beim Frühstück als Einziger saß (200 TL).
Das Zimmer ist recht groß. Die Funktionstüchtigkeitsprüfung der Ausstattung habe ich mir gespart. Bei einem Preis von ca. 21 Euro kann man nicht viel erwarten. Die anderen Hotels am Orte haben bei deren Preisen wahrscheinlich goldene Fußböden.
Für 1x schlafen und weiterreisen reicht das Hotel aus.
Im Nachhinein hat sich der Umweg über Hattuscha nicht wirklich gelohnt.
