A hotel with four-star quality
Pros:

The hotel is located right on the beach. Nice garden, pleasant surroundings. Friendly staff, large suite.

Cons:

We visit Croatia every year! We love the sea and the hotels next to it! This was the first time in years that we were disappointed with the accommodation we booked. You can see from the moment you arrive that this is not a five star hotel. The reception area could do with a major renovation. This hotel corresponds to an average four-star hotel! The preparation, taste and selection of dishes served at dinner do not really reflect the characteristics of a five-star hotel. Drinks can be paid for by card or cash, it is impossible to add them to the room biil. At breakfast, if you want to eat scrambled eggs or an omelet, be prepared to wait in line and the same is true for the grilled dishes offered at dinner. They can't give you a drink card if you ask for it. I recommend this accommodation to guests who don't expect much in terms of the taste and variety of the food and who don't mind a slightly noisier room due to the stone flooring! We booked the junior suite.

Nadherny hotel priamo na plazi. Velky vyber jedla na ranajky. Lehatok dostatok, vzdy sa nasli volne. Pri bazene a na plazi v zadnych radoch zdarma, akurat priamo na plazi su za poplatok. Vsetko hodnotime 10/10.

Cons:

Ceny v okoli hotela boli zbytocne vysoke, stacilo prejst par metrov od hotela a aj jedlo a aj aktivity na plazi o polovicu lacnejsie.

pretty okay hotel but not spectacular
Pros:

great location, beautiful view from the room, an overall pretty hotel right by the beach. tea and coffee in the room were generous which we really appreciated.

Cons:

disappointed in the level of service provided, this hotel doesn't meet the 5 star standard at all. there were 4 employees who presented wonderful customer skills: Sindy from the SPA, Matej from the kitchen, a tall slim waiter working around the middle section and the tall thin reception guy with glasses. they really tried their best to make the guests feel good.

there is not much parking available and only a few spots in the shade and you still have to pay for it.

we didn't like that one night with balkan rally guests who came with fancy cars and were allowed special treatment that disturbed our relaxation. the guests were playing their own music in the bar from a speaker (facing our balcony) and others were playing the piano downstairs which had a card saying not to play it. it happened past 10pm when we were trying to sleep and the sound carried over to our room. no one at the reception said or did anything, it was very disappointing. luckily that lasted only one night.

the rooms are pretty but there is little sound isolation and the cleaning ladies come as early as 8 am and the noise woke us up everyday while we tried to sleep in. the floor was vacuumed maybe twice during our 10 nights stay. considering there are tiles, we could see hair and dust balls from under the bed.

food was good but very repetitive and local food was minimal. we were missing local pastries and more local cousine. instead it was too general and too "westernized". drinks at dinner had to be paid for but it took a long time for the waiters to bring them. on our last day we came to dinner at 8.30 which is close to closing and we were not offered drinks at all.

overall, we did not feel pampered as would be expected from such high standard of a hotel. we experienced a significantly higher standard of service at 4 star hotels. for this reason, we would not visit again and definitely not during the season as we don't feel it's worth the value.

Pros:

Świetna baza wypadowa dla osób,które czynnie uprawiają kolarstwo. Pokoje bardzo czyste,codziennie sprzątane,jedzenie wyśmienite.

Cons:

Brak strzeżonego parkingu. W moim przypadku wynikła taka sytuacja,że na parkingu ktoś porysował mi samochód. Z monitoringu,który jest kiepski nie dało sie odnaleźć sprawcy.
