Beautiful place , great service , amazing food and facilities, and the sea was awesome!
Pros:

Amazing location, breakfast was the best I experienced so far ! Beautiful surroundings! Also the events team was awesome, both Leonarda and Ivana did an amazing job for the yoga and workout sessions !

Vrhunsko.
Pros:

Vrhunski hotel. Vrhunska izkušnja. Izredno prijazno osebje. Vrhunska hrana za zajtrk in večerjo. Vse tako kot mora biti.

Not anymore a 5 star hotel according to service offered
Pros:

Room are clean but need renovation

Cons:

Sunbeds: to pay 30 eur for 2 sunbeds and umbrella is totally unfair when you pay 400 eur/ night
Staff at pool area and dinner is not welcoming at all. The old lady at pool bar repeatedly spoke Croatian even if i asked her to switch to English
Quality and choice of products at dinner is very basic
No live music in the evenings especially on Saturdays and Sundays
No personalized parfume smell of the hotel, as it used to be when the hotel was part of Tui Group
Generally speaking, the hotel became worse as it was when part of Tui Group

Always could be better.
Pros:

Sea view from the room. There are scenic hiking trails outside the hotel grounds. Good nutrition (full pansion). Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Honestly, I was shocked that in a 5-star hotel with its own beach, you still have to pay for sun loungers and an umbrella by the sea.
This leads to people on the beach being forced to pay or cheat or lie next to paid sunbeds. It doesn't look very good.

The set (for 2) costs about 30 euros/day!
