Pros:

Posizione abbastanza comoda al centro, tranquillo, pulito, staff cordiale e gentile. Ci hanno lasciato un set per i nostri cani molto carino.

Cons:

Sistema di apertura camere e porta d'entrata alla struttura un po' complicato all'inizio essendo tecnologico, ma una volta capito si riesce ad utilizzare senza problemi. Proporrei alla struttura di far vedere ai clienti come utilizzare il sistema al loro arrivo.

98e but no a place could be found under 250e/night. WITH A REASON!!!
Pros:

While booking a few days before we would stay it was odd that in top season just after New Year the price there were 98e w breakfast ( as much as I remember) but no a place could be found under 250e/night. We thought it was because it is at the end of the Moena, steep up near the main road. We needed juse for in transit, rooms on the picture looked beautiful. In fact we did not get a room which we booked. Ok clasic breakfast, all youngsters there, we were the oldest!

Cons:

Very narrow windov with stuffed people, before 22h we couldnt enter the place. Caled 3x, a guy answered 3-4 words on Italian and hung up!!! absolutely no speaking english, 3rd time just answer machine was on. A person on the other side didn't care at all. After 1/2h we some young italian came, he called - no answer, nothing. It turned out we had to download some aplication and is possible to open the door ONLY with mobile phone!!! If you lose battery, mob get broken... no way to enter the room. No way we would download and did many stuff on application to enter the room just by ourselves.
We did not get the room we booked with a beautiful forest picture ( I guess just some rooms have this pic) but no pic at all, in attic.
Lighting was just terrible, no celling light but bright led light on the wall in front of the bed shining directly on you (we put towel on it)! Small, enough for overnight room with huge closet with hungers so high, hardly to reach. room facing , directly on the main road!! No noise at 11pm when we finaly got in. The same very bright light in the mini bathroom, door cannot be oppen fully, shower was so mini size, pilow 20cm thick !!!?? Nothing of this shown on the Booking.com, The place just after New Year was half empty.
They asked us to park behind hotel, every room# has its parking place - absolutely no true, very steep parking behind the motel. We just parked near the motel.
In the morning a very young receptionist didn't say anything on imposibility to reach help desk !?! The girl was nice but I guess she just didn't have what to say. Just unbeliveable experience. Place Only for Italian speaking young people.

Posto accogliente, semplice, in posizione strategica per muoversi in macchina
