Sehr grosses Zimmer, historischer Palais, schöner Ausblick auf die Regnitz, kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, perfekte Lage - ruhig aber doch perfekt zentral. Personal sehr nett, eigene Parkplätze -im Zentrum von Bamberg der Luxus...

Die Matratzen der Betten müssten mal erneuert werden.

Die Lage ist top und das Zimmer funktional.. Positiv ist aufgefallen, dass Türen lautlos aufgehen, nix knarzt oder quietscht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Alles in allem recht einfach eingerichtet. Fernseher war auf polnisch und nur wenige Sender haben funktioniert.
Frühstück gab es leider nicht im Hotel.... schade.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer groß und sauber.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war nur von 11 bis 14 Uhr besetzt, was nicht in der Booking App stand, ebenso wenig, dass es sonst kein Personal gab, keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss in einem Seitentrakt. Bei mir kam kein Gefühl auf, in einem Palais untergebracht worden zu sein.
Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen. Über das Personal kann man wenig sagen, es war ja keins da. Nur die kurze Schlüsselübergabe fand statt.

Es gab war kein Frühstück, aber sehr viele Bäckereien oder Café s wo man frühstücken kann.

Cons:

Sehr viel Lärm in der Nacht Vordenker Menschen und am Morgen dann der Wirbel von den Zulieferern.
